Hello Ling, Great again, but this time we had the privilege to meet your sisters. This guest house has been a favourite for a few years and is one of the best you can have in your journey. Excellent rooms very comfortable and the breakfast is first rate.

A hidden gem in Aberdeen, very clean and tidy great breakfast. Throughly recommended

Ling and her breakfast make this a great place to stay. We were well looked after and nothing is any trouble. The cooked breakfast is second to none. Will be back as it is a pleasure to stay here. The room was comfortable and warm. Car parking at the rear is easy to find. Ling is a treasure, a great hostess.

stayed here for a week last month. The hostess, Mrs.Sterling is very friendly and warm. The breakfast was very generous and you could have different choices each morning. The facility and rooms were clean and tidy. Free wifi. Fridge and ensuite in the room.

Another great stay with Ling. As usual wd get a very warm welcom for host Ling. The room we stay in is room 2. Nice and light comfortable and a place you can relax.

The breakfast is second to none, the food is well cooked and very tasty. So much to choose from.

Springdale is on the bus route into Aberdeen, the bus service is excellent, you can catch a bus every 5 mins into town. So those who arrive into Aberdeen without a car it is very conventient. Thaks Ling!
