The guys and beautiful lady (Alena) took a very good care of me & my parents and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Got to stay in 2 different apartments (1 bed room during first 2 days before arrival of my parents and 2 bed rooms apartment after they reached Dubai). The quality of rooms, comfort smooth transition between rooms was just perfect. The service to arrange trips for several excursions is quick, best and affordable (Even trip to Abu Dhabi was also arranged on short notice) You just have to ask and they have everything readily available. Don't forget to ask discount coupons for certain parks/places as that gives considerable reduction in prices compared to what you would pay at the parks. Limited options for breakfast but certainly enough to re-vitalize and give a go for rest of the day in Dubai. I would specially Thank Mr Harish & Ravi who took a great care of us (including Airport Drop) and made our stay wonderful and memorable for rest of our lives. Ideal location in Bur Dubai and most recommended place in Town. Thank you once again Team Xclusive Casa for making our stay as HOME.. :)
