Dubai Electric & Water Authority (DEWA) is undertaking temporary external construction activities adjacent to JA The Resort, particularly at JA Lake View Hotel. These necessary operations are outside the hotel's jurisdiction. Although efforts are being made to mitigate disturbances, guests may experience intermittent noise during daytime hours. These activities are anticipated to last until November 25th.

City tax is charged per room. For two-room rooms, the tax will be AED 40.00.

The hotel may charge a refundable deposit upon check-in.

The hotel offers an all-inclusive buffet. There is an additional charge for all-inclusive meals at the hotel.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

The All-inclusive meal does not include a la carte restaurants, exclusive and branded shops, mini bars and in-room meals.

12/31/2024 for those staying on a half-board basis (breakfast and lunch), lunch is replaced by a festive dinner.

La Fontana Pool at JA Palm Tree Court Dubai will be closed from 11.09.2024 till 15.10.2024 for emergency maintenance.

During this period, all guests can use and enjoy the following pools Anchor Pool, Splash Pool, Palmito Pool, The Vibe Pool and JA Lake View Family Pool as alternative.

From 11.09.24 till 17.09.24 some noisy work will take place between 11:00 AM till 6:00 PM in the pool area however, the management and team are taking every effort to keep the disruption in minimal.

Some temporary external works by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) are currently taking place in front of JA The Resort, specifically JA Lake View Hotel. The hotel is making every effort to manage the disruption, however there may be occasional noise during the day. Based on information from DEWA, these works are expected to continue until 20 November 2024.
