These works are not related to the hotel however, as expected there’s a noise and visual disruptions. The work take place on Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM unless the construction has approvals to work on another shift. The works are drilling, hammering, painting, and structural work – pure construction work. The two-construction site could be viewed clearly at the current level of construction by the lower floors. The most disturbing works which is related to the piling is over, otherwise, it’s a normal noise that is generated from a construction site.

The pool, breakfast and overall cleanliness was good.
What was bad
The location is a bit off. 15-30km drive on average for a one way trip to Dubai Marina or Dubai Mall. Some of roads that lead to the hotel have traffic. Also the service feels “forced”. Your clear NO I’ll handle it myself even for smallest things is not immediately clear for the service personal. They would just force their help just to get a tip from you.
