The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm

We had breakfast buffet today at The St. Regis Dubai and it was an amazing experience. The fresh fruits, especially the strawberries and pineapple, were delightful. The almond croissant, was absolutely delicious—I truly enjoyed it! My brother was very impressed with the omelette prepared by Chef Maria. He mentioned that the ingredients were of excellent quality, and the inclusion of spinach was a rare and pleasant surprise. The omelette itself was incredibly soft, creamy, and flavorful—absolutely outstanding! I also want to thank Chef Hakan, who was in charge, for ensuring such a high standard throughout the buffet, and Vaniga, the outlet manager, for the warm hospitality and excellent service. I also ordered a matcha latte. The first one was a bit too milky for my taste, but thanks to Deepak’s special assistance, I received a richer version that perfectly matched my preference. Overall, every staff member at The St. Regis—from the reception team to the servers—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hygiene standards were excellent as well; from the utensils and glasses to the restrooms, everything was spotless. Highly satisfied and grateful for such a memorable experience!
