The facility is undergoing renovation:

Tower One — Front Entrance, Arrival Hall, Main Lobby. Renovation works will take place from June to August 2025, focusing on the front door entrance, arrival hall, main lobby. Whilst part of the main lobby will still be accessible with the reception check-in desk, there will be temporary hoarding placed.

Tower Two — Spa & Wellness facility, B/Attitude Spa. Spa & Wellness facility will be temporarily closed from 1st July to 30th September 2025. The following facilities will remain available in Level 4 of Tower Two: Spa Wet Facilities: jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, heated beds.

Gym facilities will remain available in both Tower One and Tower Two.

Treatments will remain available at the Retreat Spa and at the sister property Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa with complimentary transportation and shuttle bus services available.

Clear signage and information will be available in the relevant areas and the Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Services team will be at hand for any assistance.

Geales Restaurant is currently undergoing a concept change and is set to reopen in the second week of December.

Half Board Meal Allowance, excluding beverages: AED 150.00 per adult and AED 105.00 per kid can be availed in non-dine around outlets for dinner only, excluding 24th, 25th and 31st December.

Transfer from/to airport available for an additional fee.

Please note that a surcharge may apply for UAE residents upon arrival.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

The names of all guests are required in case of separate check-in.
