Everything was excellent and exceeded our high expectations. Staff were amazing, food options at the hotel some of the best in Dubai.

Good gym, nice pool area, new hotel. Good access to taxis and a range of nice restaurants (asian and italian).
The hotel is very new and the levels of service need work. We had three people in a room and the 3rd bed was not put up until the second night, we had to repeatedly ask for three sets of towels, rather than two, etc. and constantly had to ask for more water (often which fell on deaf ears). Poolside service and bar service was also slow. The rooftop bar also had dreadful service. The restaurants were slightly better but I feel like they are really missing a trick. Cleanliness in the rooms was also not up to scratch. They were very dusty, with only obvious things (like making beds) being focused on. Food at Liv (main buffet restaurant) was not up to scratch with the other restaurants (far too greasy) and should be addressed.
