We had booked a voucher for breakfast with beach access and dinner at the Beluga restaurant via Groupon. We both got it on the same day, after signing up by email. The breakfast and the beach service were already excellent. The dinner definitely exceeded our expectations. We have not experienced such a good and dedicated service in Dubai for many years. We also want to praise the kitchen, the food tastes very good.

Amazing hotel. I have visited with my friends for day pass and breakfast. We buy Groupon. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Service was excellent. Although the buffet area is small but but they lots of choice in breakfast. They offered fresh danish pastry which is really fresh. The pool and beach area is really nice. Special thank you to iqbal, and cassandra who really take care us with service and make pur day amazing. For sure i will come back soon with my friends.

Breakfast with pool and beach

This hotel in the palm is a place true to its brand reputation as its decor is very lavish n palatial. Me n my friend stayed here for 6 days n they were so very kind to give us the upgrade to the 2 bedroom wid private pool for the first night as we were planning to host a few friends n then we moved to the 2 bedroom on the second day which we had actually booked. They have really good dining options but do not serve alcohol in the room. They hav a gorgeous pool n an amazing lawn n private beach access. The gentleman Mr. Hazem in the reception who is always their at night is such a generous, humble, kind, respectful n professional man n is a grt asset to his company. He was always smiling n greeting us when we used to come bak late night to the hotel n on my request he also took me for the show around of their 5 bedroom penthouse which we are still planning to book for a small get together in the near future.   

Peaceful, Serene & Tranquil 

After reviewing many websites looking for the right hotel for our half term break we settled on the Kempinski on the Palm. We have visited the Atlantis & Burj al Arab on several previous occasions, we were looking for something new, my wife traveled out first with two of our youngest children to “check it out” I will arrive 5 days later with the rest of the children when school breaks up. The Kempinski were very nice to deal with on the phone and an enjoyable stay was hoped for. Here is the shock, when she arrived she discovered that only the apartments were open, the hotel was closed. The place was deserted, totally. 300 sunbeds on the beach., just my wife and child there ! Totally empty, she said that it was weird, like a ghost town. Shops in the hotel, empty, she didn’t see anyone ever in a shop, in fact she didn’t see anyone ! Food was decent as was the service. She has now checked out and they have moved elsewhere. I had prepaid so it will be interesting to see if they refund for days not used. I guess that it could have been amazing with clients. A real shame. 

Weird !

We had a very nice resort with a beautiful infrastructure, beautiful swimming pools and a well-kept beach, good food and good food in the restaurant, and a very respectable staff.

Have a good time.

The hotel is really beautiful just like the whole area around it. 
Food was very nice anytime. 
Service from all staff was good, especially El Mehdi was very attentive and friendly all the time.

I had a lovely lunch with my kids and family.food was amazing and the service was outstanding.The staff were helpful.the kids club attendant Nora was looking after my daughters ,they had fun with her and they enjoyed playing and they didn’t wanna leave the club.big thanks to the team and i will definitely come back with more friends.

Amazing family day 

A really great hotel that has exceeded our expectations. Super lovely service staff that has been very happy to fulfill every wish. Here again our heartfelt thanks to the German-speaking Mohammed from the reception! We have not shunned any of our requests for help and he has always been able to successfully support us. We felt like guests were really in the center. Very flexible cleaning staff, even in the most impossible times, was promptly and excellently cleaned. We hope to be able to return soon, we felt very well. Best thanks for the good time, family bird.

Kempinski Palm Jumeirah

I have seen places around the world, but this one is a special place with a special mission in a unique place. It is a special place because, to my knowledge, it is one of the most luxurious designed-for-purpose “family and friends hotel”, if not the best in the area. The design gives the ultimate privacy for each group or family, while experiencing the best hotel service. All details are carefully attended to with some of the best qualities of both service and material. I would label as “home away from home”.  The size of each suite is very generous for a luxurious “Beach Resort Hotel”.
The special mission I observed during my stay is to make every guest happy and pleased, including the little ones. There is an option for any member in the family in dining, entertaining, relaxing and sleeping.
From the first time you step into the hotel until you leave, everyone is smiling and welcoming you, you feel that everyone has only one mission and that is to make every guest happy. At all levels we dealt with, everyone was proactive and very professional. 
We have used the in-room dining for breakfast, restaurants for dinner, the private swimming pool with its “culturally-sensitive design”, our suite private entrance with a designated car park, the kids club, and an array of other services that made us feel so happy and pleased that we came to Kempinski Hotel and Residences at the Palm Dubai.
It is in a unique place, because it is on claimed land that forms a very beautiful island, that is quite and very close to all the attractions Dubai offers. It is unique because of the design, the culture, combining west and east in its best terms of hospitality and quality, and close to millions of families from the gulf area that can use this place as their “luxury escape” resort.
I observed everyone works in harmony, their communication is superb, and they are always proactive. This could not happen without a true leadership that orchestrate the work at this huge place.
So, congratulations to the one of the best  “home away from home”, “family beach resort” that “combines local culture with the best hospitality services” done by “ proactive staff” under a “ determined and visionary leadership”.
