Great location and really spacious apartments. We had a 3 bed apartment which was spotless. Staff really attentive when any probs arose. Cleaners attended regularly and left water every day. Pool is shaded and the on-site restaurant do a lovely breakfast 

Highly recommended 

A good location, nice spacious two bedroom apartment with stunning views of the marina. Air conditioning was excellent. A worthwhile find in the heart of the marina. Supermarket very close by and taxis always available. Check in very easy at 1am.

Excellent location with breathtaking views

Dusit Princess is good from location perspective but when it comes on quality of staff and services, they have to go long miles. I felt staff is non-cooperative specially the front line one. There is no room service and hotel has one german bakery which is tied up for breakfast. The options are limited but quality is good.

Stayed here for 1 night - the location is excellent. Very close to JBR and the marina views are breathtaking. We had a 3 bed apartment so were on the higher floors. 

The actual apartment was OK - not very clean which. Some weird marks on the coffee table in the lounge that you could scrap off and floors felt dusty. Its quite a large apartment and has all the bits you would expect. 

Breakfast is free with a set menu, if you want the buffet option its AED 5 extra per person. Which we didnt know until we went for breakfast. Chose the buffet as there wasnt really much of a choice in the set menu. 

On the whole it was an OK stay, will give it the benefit of the doubt and stay again. 

Excellent Location

Currently staying at this hotel. It’s a great place. Nice views from hotel overlooking the marina. Very clean hotel very large lounge area in the room with a massive kitchen and large bedroom tool. Comes with extra toilet in the Appartment which is a bonus 

Great hotel, really friendly staff and quirky restaurant downstairs 

Stayed for a week as a family of 4 in a two bedroom apartment, huge space with everything you would need as a base to explore the ever expanding Dubai. The location of the apartment couldn’t be any better and the view we had from our balcony on the 14th floor was breathtaking overlooking the marina. Everything is within walking distance as the hotel is close to a bridge giving access to the whole marina. Here you will find anything you want from the mall, restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee houses to boat trips. Very close to the local mosque which is so beautiful.

Perfect location

Stayed 10 days in January in a 2 bedroom apartment with views that were amazing …the balcony is very small and not comfortable to sit outside… pool area wasn’t very big but definitely a great place to sunbathe as not very busy… the staff were very helpful especially Muhammed Javid  who helped me with booking tickets for the horse racing and with printing my boarding passes also Janus who booked us in gave excellent customer service 

Big apartment

The apartment is nicely situated right near a mosque and the marina. The food delivery service 24hr restaurant pamphlet was amazing they brought the food over within 30min. The apartment in general and its appliances are very dated and needs an upgrade.

Had a fantastic holiday here the apartment was so nice and spacious and air conditioning excellent location excellent and staff were very helpful would definitely recommend going there . We were in the 11 th floor and had a great view of the marina

Friend holiday

Check in : we were two families we opted to try to check in earlier than anticipated check in 
We were extremely lucky and one room was available other would be ready later in day - did not stop us as we had loads planned that day we dropped our cases and went exploring 

We booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartment  these were amazing - large and extremely well equipped

But rough around the edges but was not expecting too much as the value of this apartments were amazing

Breakfast: you can dine in an external provided cafe in reception - the food was amzing don’t expect a buffet experience but a well organised cofffee - bread shop - even my kids had a play centre within the cafe 

Location : extremely well located if you have been to marina before it’s better to stay near a bridge as waking around to each side is painful 
Your literally 5 min walk form amenities of restaurants , around 20 minute walk to pier 7 and around 40 minute walk to JBR the walk - we opted for taxis when you get in its all on the meter but it’s the one way systems which add time yo our journey - most I paid in taxi wa around 5 GBP 

Rooms ; iron , hairdryer rooms consisted of everything that your would need for a short stay - we was allocated on floor 28 and 33 with truly amazing views 

Pool : tried out pool for an hour - self help pool towel but disappoints that the kids plunge pool was not operating but this can’t be helped 

Overall if your looking to an excellent location and good value then look no further
