Perfect location if you travel to/from Ivano-Frankovsk by plane - the airport building entrance is some 50 metres from the hotel but there is not much noise from the airport as the air traffic is rather limited here. Simpler rooms (mine was newly decorated) with basic furniture - a bed, desk, chair, little fridge, TV. The bathroom had a shower and toilet, towels and toiletries provided. The reception is on the first floor, you can get some tea or coffee there. Marschutkas stop 150 metres from the property, if you want to get to the city centre use number 21 and get off at the Bastion stop. No possibility to buy something to eat but there are two small supermarkets, a bakery and a restaurant within 150 metres from the hotel. No English-speaking staff but they do try to understand and help. And one more thing - single occupancy in a twin room here means that you may get a room-mate as you book only 1 bed. Better to reserve a single room which fortunately I was offered (for a surcharge) although it was no more available on Booking-com.
