Sinay Hotel

We have stayed at Sinay Hotel for the past 8 years on our annual visits to Poltava. The staff are efficient & trustworthy, the hotel is spotless with very pretty & comfortable bedrooms, good linen and modern bathrooms. The use of the communal kitchen & laundry is a huge bonus. The beds however, could be improved on as the typical single Ukrainian bed is smaller than usual and very hard. Only one room has a double bed but this room is very small and we avoid this room as there is barely enough space for luggage & two people sharing this room. The hotel backs onto one of the main roads entering Poltava so the noise of the traffic & street can be very disturbing even though there are triple glazed windows.
