This is undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my travels across Russia and the Ukraine We have today returned to London after a 5 day stay at this sweet little traditional establishment This small timber structure hotel is in a typical Ukrainian village area , overlooking the Dnieper and about a half hour from Dnipro centre The rooms are large , beamed and decorated in typical Cossack fashion ; ours was a suite with our own terrace ( wooden sunbeds and mattresses , table and chairs ) overlooking the Dnieper ) We were most impressed at the small but luxurious bathrooms ( with a never ending supply of Designer soaps and creams ); each room has a fully equipped bar , not only with alcohol but also with an array of chocolate bars There is a very large Cossack style timbered Sauna area with its own terraces , eating and relaxing areas Eating here is something special ! They have a very extensive menu and everything is cooked freshly Therefore we found it best to order our meals in advance for whatever time suited us The meals are absolutely delicious as well as being very large ; the only thing small is the price !!!! A full meal for two , including beers and Vodkas and waters is about 5 per cent of the price we would pay anywhere else in the world !! Room prices likewise are incredibly low ; we thought they had made a mistake on their original quotation but the price quoted was the price we paid Nothing is too much for the resident owners of this quaint little " tucked away " hotel Before closing I should add that they provided us with a most luxurious car transfer in both directions, to and from the airport ( which is about 9 minutes drive ) If you are visiting Dnipro or Zaporozje and would like to have a taste of the real Ukraine , I can really recommend this little hotel
