Love this hotel! Outdoor dining, excellent food, live music on Sunday, helpful staff. Rooms are average but comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is well maintained. Among the staff Jimmy on the Saba restaurant is exceptional in his customer service. He is courteous and friendly and really made my stay enjoyable!Keep up the good work, Jimmy!!

This hotel is in a safe neighborhood, quiet yet centrally located. Great staff team. They also have an in-house 24 taxi service, staffed with professional corteous drivers.Outdoors dinning area has a very relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel, high American standard stay. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be back.

A really good option for central Kampala: clean, reasonable food, good value, great location. Rooms very small, nothing remarkably good or bad - except the "gym" which is a few weights and a couple of cardio machines in two of the very small rooms. Note to management - if you can't do a gym properly don't do it at all. I'd stay here again but not pack the exercise gear.

Very likeable but not loveable

This is a fresh and modern hotel in the middle of Kampala with high standard on service, good food, very nice and quiet rooms

Its in a very quiet place but also the idea of not havving a room service to some extent loved it to minimise movement by staff on resident floors hence have a peace and quiet stay. Also , install Dstv , imagine staying in a suite and watch local channels. Otherwise, I loved my weekend staycation.
