Our stay at Zenza was great! Staff were always pleasant and full of recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and special events around the island. Only a few walkable restaurants nearby, so recommend renting a car (unless you're willing to pay for taxis everywhere). Appreciated the golf cart ride to nearby beaches, but we also walked one day and very easy to get to.

Super friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate.  Beautiful location on the canal. Yummy restaurant and bar next door also on the water. Cafe behind hotel was also delish. Hotel was very clean and all face the water with beautfiul views.

Loves the hotel and the staff. Walking distance to several  restaurants and golf car ride to two wonderful beaches.

I needed early check in to confirm ability to log into meeting for work. Staff was very accommodating and provided me area to do work and 3 hour earlier check in and offered me courtesy breakfast foods and beverages.

Our stay at Zenza was dreamy. The hotel is away from the bustle of the strip of resorts, but it is only a short walk to a magnificent stretch of beach. Turtle Cove is a lovely little area and there are several good restaurants there, so you never have to stray from the hotel if you're fine with just soaking in the splendor of the immediate area. For a romantic getaway, it was perfect.

The minimalist, contemporary style is chic and sophisticated, creating a tranquil and upscale atmosphere.  * Intimate Experience: The smaller size of the hotel fosters a sense of exclusivity and personalized attention.  * Location: While not directly on Grace Bay, Zenza is conveniently located, offering easy access to nearby beaches. * Modern Amenities: The hotel boasts modern amenities, including a stylish pool area, a well-equipped gym, and in-room conveniences.The Cons (Areas for Improvement): * Service Inconsistencies: While the staff was generally friendly,we personally experienced noticeable inconsistencies in service. At times, responsiveness was slow, and we encountered instances where attentiveness was lacking. For ex. I misplaced my prescription sunglasses and hat at the pool after showering one evening. I went back the next morning for them but they were gone. I informed the front desk but they seemed perplexed when I asked if any of the staff had turned them in. They said they had not but I had to ask for them to contact staff. I did this on three separate occasions with three separate front staff. Finally, we directly hunted down a pool cleaner who produced the hat glasses in 5 minutes! This may seem like a minor complaint but this significantly impacted my staff and the staff seemed indifferent. We thanked and tipped the pool guys.

The Zenza Hotel was modern, clean, and located on a beautiful marina a short distance from the beach. The staff is friendly and hospitable providing beach towels, umbrellas, snorkels, and other beach supplies. Close to restaurants and also provided golf cart transport and bicycles to take to nearby destinations. We enjoyed our stay there and are looking forward to returning.

The area around Zenza is still growing but has limited options for dining and entertainment. You have to go to Grace bay for that. Building is new and clean. I wish they offered a proper breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. It is a good value and is ideal for those who want quiet away from the crowds.

what we loved was the roof deck solitude and amazing views. The hoteli tself is quite lovely with very friendly stafffIf there was a recomendation, it would be to have a safer step down from the hotel to the walkway along the waterAlso, the complimentary breakfast pastries and fruit need to be paced a bit more conveniantly rather than tucked into a corher by reception - made for a bit of awkwardness

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Zenza. The hotel looks brand new, the room sizes are good, the staff is so friendly. We had a room over looking the marina and it was so beautiful to sit on the balcony with the view. We interacted with Mario at the front desk alot. He would do anything for us and went over and above to make arrangements for us. He is a valuable asset to the hotel. The restaurants within walking distance are all fabulous!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Zenza. Mario was really great. He drove us to the beach on the golf cart, he made sure our driver was there when we needed it, he made great recommendations: like the snorkeling trip on the catamaran. Zenza is  so close to the marina, and loving to deep sea fish- we were able to walk down and go out on a charter. We caught a sailfish and wahoo on the M&J charter. It was a great stay.  I would say, if you want to be in walking distance of shopping; Zenza isn't. But, if you like a quiet, clean, nice place...Zenza is a great place. We had a wonderful driver named DJ, when we went to Grace Bay and to the grocery store and brewery- he was our driver and gave us so much insight into where to go, the culture of Turks and Caico's, best restaurants, as well as upcoming events to attend. We found him through Mario at the Zenza.  We hope to return again in the future.

I plan this trip to relax, reflect. and reset. I have a few delays in my traveling but upon arrival ACherry was waiting to check me in, my room was spacious, clean, beautiful view of the Marina and it smelled good. The beach was amazing. There were several places to dine within walking distances: True Waves. Baci's, Sharkbite, and Mango Reef (my favorite) and continental breakfsst was available each morning....in addition to water all day. The staff was wonderful - ACherry, Mario & Wendine. I would recommend Zenza to everyone.

We ended up at the Zenza when our departing flight was canceled and we needed to extend our paradise trip for another day. Upon check in the staff was amazingly sweet and helpful. We could  figure out the remote situation as there was a different remote for the TV, AC, drapes, ceiling fan and someone came up to help us as we wanted the fan to work.  The WiFi somehow would connect on our phones in the lobby but not in the room which was pretty significant Wasn’t a fan of the bathroom structures.  Probably better with married folks than friends.  Overall it was delightful!
