After a horrible stay at Club Med Turquoise we found this amazing place to stay. It's far from Grace Bay but has two beautuful beaches very near (one just across the road), a beautiful swimming pool and a good restaurant. The Neptune Villas are big and very confortable and we recommend them strongly. You need a car to move around.

Beautiful place in Turk & Caicos

After having ate several times in the " Las Brisas" restaurant we decided to stay for 3 nights at Neptune Villas and it was the BEST decision!! we loved everything about the place, the views, the private beach where you can grill food, lovely clean spacious and very well equipped villas ,having a restaurant on site and the close proximity to Sappadillo beach.To be able to stroll literally across the street to watch spectacular sunsets every night was fantastic.The staff are all very nice especially Leah in the front office,Someof the staff seem to have a few jobs there and from the Manager they all work extremely hard to ensure you have a great time. I would see the manager before 8 am in the mornings walking around the resort checking up on thngs and then you would see her hostessing in the restaurant a night,what a hardworking lady!! We have planned a trip back with more family next year and I cannot wait

A Fantstic find!!!

Our experience was much the same as the review written by C'est Ca. The villa was lovely in a great, quiet location. But the customer service was really poor, at reception and in the restaurant (apart from the fantastic Filipino lady), and I too had money taken without my approval. It all just seemed like too much effort for everyone to do more than take my money. I wouldn't recommend. 

Could be great

It seemed to us that this place was understaffed and a bit complacent when it came to customer service.  Money was taken from our credit card without our authority and although it has now been refunded it certainly put the damper on our stay.    (Another reviewer seems to have had the same problem.)    We were also concerned about the number of times we had to sign for stuff we had already paid for electronically.  That said, Neptune Villas has many good reviews

Disappointing

Overall, I recommend Neptune Villas. The accommodations are spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Chalk Sound and I loved having coffee on the deck. 

A few things to keep in mind:
The location is very secluded and a good 20 minute drive from the Grace Bay Area which has all the restaurants, shops and loads of water sports on the extensive beach. On the contrary, Neptune Villas is part of the industrial area. I liked that the property is walking distance to a very pretty, small, quiet beach and a couple of restaurants (one is on-site). 

Neptune Villas also offers a really fun pontoon boat ride. I highly recommend this 2-hour tour of Chalk Sound. 

Also, check out the Cuban restaurant for excellent Ropa Viejo. It’s called Little Havana.

Enjoyed our stay at Neptune Villas

We rented 3, 2 bedroom villas. They were clean and nice and exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and kind and we would return again!

Very nice property, updating was in progress so I will not fault them for not being as modern as other places. But it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Having a plug pool to ourselves was a bonus. We will be back

This property was quiet, tranquil and peaceful. Beaches all around and a pool for each villa. Big enough to interact with others and small enough to have intimate conversations. There is restaurant on the property for the nights you don't want to go into Grace Bay.Rachel the General Manager was a rock star she was amazing and so attentive. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and effortless!   Can't wait to get back.

First I want to say if you’ve read all the previous reviews like i did- please know the entry gate that locks at night, now has a lock that each guest has a key to-(incase you come back after hours with your rental car)THE PLACE IS SO GREAT! The little houses are each tucked away from each other with trees and shrubbery.  Each house has its own little pool- also pretty well hidden from the other houses.  There’s a clubhouse on the property with a pool and wonderful restaurant!  The staff is AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL. the lady that runs the place is always there helping.  If you’re planning any excursions or trips- ask the staff because they’re a wealth of knowledge!   The property is on the chalk sound. If you take the kayaks out in the sound, there’s place wreck to see, a blue hole and an iguana island.  The staff can also take you out to these places if it’s the season for them to have their boat out.  This property is in PROVO area which is more suburb like and not commercial at all.  Grace bay is about 35 min away and very commercial - like where all the mega hotels are/ and very busy beach’s Neptune Villa however is right across the street from Taylor Bay beach and Sapodilla Beach. These beaches are very secluded and amazing.  I much preferred to be in this Provo area rather than the very commercial and crowded area. Neptune Villa haseverything you need on site including your own washer/dryer.  I’d reccomend renting a car so you can explore the island.
