My whole family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Island Club Turks.  The staff were very nice and accommodating. It’s close by all the shops and dining area and a 5 minute walk to the beach.  We will definitely stay here again.  I wish they had a washing machine inside the unit.  When we stayed there the string lights were out.  They just couldn’t fix it.  We wanted to hangout outside during night time by the pool.  It’s beautiful during the day and probably would have been beautiful and chill place at night.  But overall I give them 9/10 rating.

What a wonderful place to stay. Amazing rooms, bueatiful landscape/property and the friendliest staff you could ever ask for. Minutes walk to grocery store, shopping, resturants and an amazing new Casino. 5 minute very safe walk to the most amazing beach in the world! A must visit and an amazing value! Best trip ever!  

No better place to stay!

Island Club Turks is a gem of a resort. With townhouse style condos right in the heart of shopping and dining. Our flight was late and the office stayed open late to wait for us. The resort is quiet and quaint with updated units. A block away from the beach. Great place with a great rate. Walking distance to supermarket, shopping and dining. Great for families.

We had a place recommended to us but the additional cost to have three kids (instead of two) was prohibitive.

We tried Island Club and it exceeded expectations. Clean and updated with a great courtyard. Walking distance to everything you need. Staff were very helpful. Very happy with our choice.

A vacation destination actually made for a family of five!

The Island Club makes super-expensive Turks & Caicos affordable!!  You do a super easy 5 minute walk out to amazing Grace Bay Beach where the hotel has chairs set up for you.  Just ask for an umbrella at the office if you want one.  The pool and courtyard area at the hotel is beautiful and relaxing.  The units are nice and clean and each have a great patio overlooking the pool area.  Lastly, the hotel is right at the end of the very nice Grace Bay commercial area that has the island’s best shopping and eating options.

Excellent place! My cousin and I each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The communication was great and they were very friendly. They arranged a snorkeling trip for us and even had a driver pick us up. It was Super Bowl weekend and they had a party for the guests by the pool and grilled sliders. You feel like you’re part of their community when you stay there rather than just another customer.

I searched for a place to stay in Grace Bay that I was able to afford and Island Club turned out to be a great choice. I stayed in the Deluxe Studio, a small single room with kitchenette and bathroom steps from the pool. The room was very clean and freshly painted, the bathroom looked new, the bed comfortable and the new a/c through-wall unit was quiet with a working remote. A TV was in the room, though I didn't use it.  Wifi was generally useable but better next to the pool. Two minor housekeeping complaints - the coffee maker was dirty from the previous user and one of the glasses had lipstick on it. Ew.

The pool area is beautifully manicured and maintained with plenty of comfortable shaded and sunny seating available. I spent most afternoons there reading. Noodles and other floats are available to use. The GORGEOUS beach is literally a 5 minute walk away with plenty of labeled lounge chairs available for Island Club guests. Major complaint here - no umbrellas?? Every other resort along the beach had umbrellas for their guests to use and there is no shade. I find it very hard to believe Island Club cannot find a way to provide umbrellas for their guests to use. This was a huge drawback for me. I would have spent much more time on the beach if shade had been available. I walked down to the beach one evening to see the stars and felt completely safe. In fact every interaction I had with locals was quite pleasant.

This was a budget trip for me so I only dined out twice. There are plenty of places to eat or get takeout within walking distance and a very good grocery store less than a 10 minute walk away (it's off Grace Bay Rd so get directions). Don't miss Shay's Cafe across the street from Island Club for breakfast or lunch. I picked up takeout there twice and ate it for dinner. Pizza Pizza had good pizza but give Thai Orchid a miss.  I forgot a few things (hat, sunglasses and computer cord) and was able to get them all along Grace Bay Road).

If you book, be sure they send you a confirmation letter and not just a receipt for payment. I booked in late summer and they didn't respond to my questions or room request. When I emailed again in December there was no apology, they just forwarded the letter I "should" have received. However every interaction with the office on arrival was friendly and pleasant. In fact all staff were very nice. I'd go back again and met others who were on return visits.

A lovely respite in Grace Bay

Nice & clean resort. Nice & quiet, unlike others. ! Very handy for downtown and beach access is good. Lovely big beach. And wonderful water.

This is a budget-friendly, comfortable option in a luxurious locale. Great location and walkable to the beach and nearby cute shops/dining. Lovely, and truly caring owners and management promptly helped enhance our vacation. We appreciated the screened in porch, washer/dryer, umbrellas and chaises. Thank you, Debbie and Patrick!
