Would like to see a jacuzzi in the near future

An excellent place to stay for a family of 5! We often times have trouble finding anything where we don’t have to pay extra or get an extra room for our 5th person. All of these condo style units looked out to the pool and we could walk to everything! Perfect spot in Grace Bay. The beach access was great and this building comes with passes for beach chairs which we used every day. Can’t say enough about this small (island feeling) resort!

Stated 7 nights as a family of 5. Recommend staying here for big family, very nice, spacious and clean & great customer service, except the property manager when we asked for towels kinda came off a bit aggressive

Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! Hope to be back someday soon.

First off this property is close to everything!!!! Shisha lounge is less than a 5 minute walk . Noah’s arc is about a 5 minute drive ! Aziza is a 3 minute cab (service really sucked staff were very rude!) I’d suggest getting a driver before hand because you’ll save money . The room was great very clean . Friendly staff. Staff were very responsive ! I’d stay here again !

Helpful and friendly staff modern well equipped condo relaxing pool

Island Club’s location is perfect for walking to Grace Bay beach and we loved that they had umbrellas to borrow and chair cards to use for the beach- it made our beach days easy. In addition, it’s walkable to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. 
The place itself was clean, felt comfortable, and had great AC. We enjoyed having indoor and outdoor spaces to sit, the grill, and a kitchen with everything we needed (including Tupperware and tinfoil for leftovers). The rooms were comfortable and the courtyard was nicely maintained. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the ease of it all.

We had a FANTASTIC STAY at Island Club Turks.  An affordable gem in an over-priced area.  We stayed a week during Easter Break in a Supreme 2 level townhouse.  The townhouse was very clean upon arrival.  Beds were comfortable, slept well every night.    The only noise was from the Thursday night fish fry, done at 930pm.  The pool area is great, lots of great varied seating areas; outside shower available; pool floats, toys & snorkel gear available in bins poolside.   Our unit had been recently renovated and was beautiful.  The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed including tupperware, pots, pans, a bit of coffee & tea, sugar, salt & pepper.  I brought little ziplocs of spices from home too.  Full size fridge/freezer; no dishwasher, but the dishrack was great andthey provided ample amount of dish soap and sponges.  The patio had a full sized dining table and BBQ grill.  We ended up cooking dinner most nights, as the restaurants are very pricey.  It was great and easy to cook our dinner and enjoy it on the patio.  The LOCATION is EXCELLENT!  Easy 5 min walk to the beach where guests had access to lounge chairs.  The property is located on the west end of the "Grace Bay strip" with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, pizza - loved walking during the day and evening.  I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.  The manager was very nice and accommodating, the owners were nice as well.   Our flight was cancelled, minutes after check out, we went back to the office and the manager helped us out, checking us back into the same unit we had just left - our hero!  The cleaning staff were great, towel exchange any day you'd like, just leave the pool or bath towels on the patio and they'll bring you new ones.  The office also had beach umbrellas and chairs to borrow to go to other beaches.  THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!  We loved our stay and can't wait to stay here again the next time we go to TCI.  Book it!

This isn't your 5 star hotel but we had a beautiful and comfortable stay. The location can't be beat. Walking distances to many restaurants and shops around the area. The ground is beautifully maintained and so was the pool. Our townhome was cozy, comfortable and clean! The kitchen had all the items you need, even salt and peppers for cooking, foils and saran wraps. Some people mentioned the beds were too hard, that wasn't the case for us. We found the beds to be very comfy and the closets stock with extra blankets and pillows if needed. 

Lots of seats and tables around the pool for relax and entertainment. No noise issues at all besides Friday night when they had live music from elsewhere off site. The staff on site were friendly and provided us with a cooler and umbrella to use to take to other beaches. The hotel also provided  Grace Bay beach access with lounge chairs. We also felt very safe being on site since they have security patrolling on site. 

If I can find one negative it would be the water pressure in the bathroom upstairs being a bit weak. 

Overall, a great stay! Highly recommended 

Great location and lots of space for families. It has a cool small resort feeling in the commercial section of Provo. You can walk to several restaurants and the grocery store. We’ve stayed here two years in a row. It’s also located across the beach and is easily accessed. TCI is very pricey everywhere and this resort is reasonably affordable especially if sharing with another couple or friends.

Great location near Grace Bah

FANTASTIC STAY in Grace Bay!

Great stay! Beautiful townhomes! 

This is a small group of townhouses surrounding a small and well cared for pool.   A short walk (~8 min) to stunning Grace Bay Beach.  The hotel gives chair cards for the beach, for the days of the trip.  A short 10 min walk to strip malls, standalone shops and restaurants which include a few high end ones.

This was a great choice for our week long trip with two couples. I was a little concerned about the 1-1/2 bath, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, other hotels and shopping. The unit was very clean and offered everything you need (plates, cups, silverware, blender, oven, bbq, towels, beach towels, paper towels, soap…but no shampoo or conditioner. 

The staff was great; friendly and helpful. AJ was our go-to contact for information and assistance. 

The hotel offers chairs at Grace Bay beach which were easy to reserve. The office also has folding chairs, umbrellas for use. The pool is clean and offered pool toys, snorkel gear and shaded areas and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing.

The other people staying at the hotel (families, girls trip and individuals). were nice, polite and respected quiet times. 

We rented a car from Sixt at the airport. It was nice to have a car to explore the island and get groceries.

We read that prices on the island were expensive, so we packed food - cashews, chips, beef jerky, chocolate and other snacks (it has to be unopened and in the original packaging). Some other people at the hotel packed frozen meat for grilling (original packaging). That was a good idea!

The liquor was surprisingly decent for prices; purchase local rum, and local Turk head beer (Lite), etc. just slightly higher than you would pay in the US.

Eating out will be expensive, mixed drinks and wine are $15-$25. Meals are $25+ per person. Pizza pizza was the best value at $24 for a full pizza and it’s located close to the hotel. 

SUGGESTIONS;
Wednesday go to Conch Shack for the dinner show at 8 pm, make reservations at 7:30 pm to beat the rush. The food is very good!

Thursday don’t miss the fish fry at Mr groupers. It’s like a mini state fair with 10 food truck options and local artists, soaps, tshirts, souvenirs, etc. Go early, 5 pm, it gets busy

Drinks/appetizer stops:
Shark Bite and Mango Reef restaurant (right by each other) Rock house amazing views, must see! WOW. In Provo Danny Bouys, Coco Bistro. Omar’s beach hut has a chill vibe (while there stop at 1 building south, for fresh catch low cost fish, lobster). 

Snorkeling at Smith’s Reef and a 1/2 day tour to West Caicos was the best. 

Our favorite views and beach was on middle Caicos  at Mudjin Harbor. We weren’t expecting the cool views and beach. Climb the hill and walk the path to the hidden steps down to the beach. On Provo the Rock House and The Shore Club.

This hotel offered great prices, a clean unit, and perfect location to explore the area.

Liked · The location is excellent and you can walk to the restaurants and groceries as well as to Grace bay Beach. The staff in the front desk is very helpful. specially Rohaan who always had good suggestions of places to go, things to do that were happening in specific days and could support booing activities and transportation as needed, Having a car (rental) for some of the days was a very good alternative to explore and reach the more remote beaches.

Disliked · Beds could have been more comfortable and there was no room service or any other supplies that could be acquired in the property, so everything had to be bought outside. Internet was very spotty in the room.
