Villa Renaissance

Perfectly located in the center of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance checked all the boxes for us. Like many "resorts" there, Villa Renaissance condos are privately owned. Ours was a two bedroom with a garden view (Unit 604). The unit was exceptionally clean with staff coming everyday to keep it that way. Tons of towels, well equipped kitchen, coffee on hand, etc. made it incredibly convenient. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Good closet space with even robes being supplied. Bath was ample and had a full tub and a separate shower, but if you used both bedrooms, it might be a bottleneck given the one bathroom. TV had all the channels you could want. The beach here is just amazing. Lots of beach with ample beachchairs and umbrellas. The pool is quite large and pristine. The attached hot tub is large enough to fit a dozen people and was a nice place to grab a drink and meet other people. Water never seemed to get that hot and the jets aren't that vigorous. Still, very enjoyable.There is a small bar near the pool that is only open in the afternoon. No other amenities are available. To us, that was a plus. This is a great place for couples looking to relax. Bikes are available too. Walkable to numerous restaurants and activities galore nearby. We didn't need car. Just jump in a van at the airport and then I had the staff call me one for a return at the end of trip. Would definitely visit again!
