We stayed in this hotel 2 nights and it was a really pleasant stay. The building is located in a central part of the city so it was easy to reach anything. The staff was really helpful and so kind. Especially Cuneyt is an unbelievably nice person he came with us to show some important places nearby. Although he could speak only a few words in English he tried so much to make himself understand even with google translator. We enjoyed our stay very much. In the hotel there is wifi, washing service and the breakfast is correct. All in all I can really recommend to stay in this reasonbly priced hotel! 👍

I highly recommend this cheap and cheerful hotel, it is great value for money and has hospitable staff.

Not only were the rooms clean and bright, the breakfast tasty and the chay (tea) offered endless that made it such a pleasant stay, but most of all the lovely staff who were helpful beyond measure!

A special thanks to Lokmann, a lovely staff member there who did as much as he could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From recommending where to go and how to get there, to assisting with booking flights, to ensuring we didn't go hungry or without tea for long, to giving us general information about Van and it's people, to making us laugh and being a friendly and welcoming face. He did all of this with very little English, through google translate on the reception computer! The other staff were all also lovely and accomodating, also wanting to use google translate wherever possible to ensure that messages were understood.

It’s a very good budget-friendly hotel in Van. Rooms are clean and have free and fast WiFi. The breakfast is very good for what you pay. The bathrooms could use some refreshing.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and I recommend it to anyone planning to come to Van. 

A decent budget hotel option in Turkey, perfect if you're staying in Van. Rooms are 'compact', but you get what you pay for. Staff were very friendly and helpful, wifi was best we've had for a while and the breakfast was a good selection. Only negative, the drain in the bathroom is on the wrong side of the room, so the floor stayed wet all day after showering etc

If you need somewhere to stay in Van, highly recommend Hotel Mirva.

Excellent location. Nicely styled and functional hotel. Fast and strong Wi-Fi. You're getting more than the price. The manager speaks English but other staff don't. My room has a faint smell of cigarettes but that's the only negative. Thoroughly recommend to solo, couples, traveler types.

The worst hotel i have ever been there.
When we return from bazar i sow that there is no tape water in toilt and bathrooms and siad to me that we cant afford passengers water use and it make s me very angry
