We stayed in this hotel for three nights. Overall, the hotel was very good. It was relatively large and had different areas. The hotel was next to a private beach and had outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The hotel staff were very nice and polite. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The hotel was 7 kilometers away from the city center, but you could take a minibus to the city center at any time. The hotel was close to Forum and Cevahir shopping malls. The hotel location was very quiet and away from the noise of the city. The courtyard of the hotel was big and full of trees. I will return to this hotel again in the next trips.



The outdoor and indoor pools were very nice

Furkan ozturk such a great waiter. Very informative and kind, always smiling ........ We highly recommend to visit this hotel (Ramada Trabzon) and you'll be lucky if you get served by this waitor ........ He simply made our day 🙂...........

This is my second time staying at Ramada Hotel. It is a very good hotel. I dare to say that it is one of the best hotels in Trabzon in Turkey. It is a real 5-star hotel. Excellent management. It has trained personnel with excellent hospitality.
I am very grateful to Mr. Berat for his sincere and respectful treatment in the reservation. And any request we have, they do it for us immediately. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel without any hesitation

The staff are very polite, the facilities are great, in this time of visit was not crowded and it was a good point for me. The pool is great, it doesn't have a private beach but next to the public beach. The breakfast is very good.
There is a great spa and indoor pool as well

It is one of the best hotels in Trabzon. Excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast. The hotel is very, very clean. It is just a little far from the city center. It was not a problem for me as I had a car. I recommend everyone to go to this hotel

Hotel ramada trabzon

The property is located on the beach of the Black Sea.  We viewed the sea from our private balcony.  The property is also located next to the main highway, so access to parts of Trabzon are easy to get to from the hotel.  The restaurant was excellent and best of all, the hotel has a masseuse on site that is excellent.

The  hotel looks new and modern, is bright, clean and quite big and has has an excellent location by the Black Sea. Our room was on the 5th floor. was large, clean and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. All the amenities expected were available and the breakfast had an impressive selection of very tasty options.

A wonderful stay

It was good, but restaurant staff from chef to waiters were not friendly at all. Many Waiters standing and not even asking if anything needed. Not even asking if coffe or tea needed. The cook lady who makes omlet very angry at guests when they ask for something or cant explain their need. Pool towels are smelly. Turkish kese kopuk service was poor, didnt even last 40 min.

Outstanding hotel looking out over the Black Sea. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are comfortable with great views over the Black Sea if you take a sea view room and the food is excellent. 

The facilities are extensive and the pool area is very well laid out with bar and pizza oven.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location

Its Luxury modren  Hotel with spacious clean, rooms. Staff cooperative and friendly.. SPA and other amenities  are good. Location is inappropriate; Its not  centrally located, away from markets groceries and  attractions. Its nearness to the airport make a lot of noise because of air traffic. Food  varieties (Breakfast and dinner) could be much better for a five stars hotel

MODERN HOTEL

Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet has differs variety and food was good. The hotel is less than 5 min drive from the airport and it’s right on the main road. It’s easy to get in and out of the hotel. It’s about 10 min drive from the shopping areas. It has a nice big swimming pool and also has access to the beach. It was a lovely stay/

Family friendly place

I stayed in this hotel with my wife from 3 to 9 Oct 2019 in Deluxe Room, Sea View with Balcony. The reception staffs were friendly and with nice smile even the staff in front of the hotel when they take your car to park it for free room was clean and the bed is very comfortable for sleeping. Hotel only 10 minutes from center of Trabzon and 5 minutes from the AirportBreakfast selection is poor every day is the same meals and it will be good if they serve fresh juices as well known in all 5 star hotel international brands like Ramada. Breakfast Restaurant Staffs are Not Friendly and Never Smile event when you request Eggs to be cooked from the chef never smile or take to you even never help you with anything take a lot of time to remove the used plates from the table, you can see them standing in one side and take to each other (F.Y.I the time we go the restaurants are not busy a few families are there) looks like they are not welcoming guests well.During my stay the room temperature was not comfortable to us I informed the reception to change the room air-conditions to cold twice but never happen until I talked to Mr. Amin front desk manager he changed to cold temperature.And also we really appreciate Mr. Amin front desk manager for his surprise he made it to us during our stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary thank you for room decoration, fruits basket and the cake.I hope my next stay we will very smile feces for all staffs epically Breakfast Restaurant Staffs.

Trabzon Visit

I like the hotel itself it is clean and it’s in good location. What i did not like and make me sad is the smell of the house keeping staff when they finish cleaning the room you can’t stay in the room because of the smell. It is a five star hotel you should invest in your staff educate them on how they look clean. Other than this i really enjoyed staying in this hotel.
