Thie hotel unless they change they policy to not holding your ID like BIRTH certificate over night?We forget our birth certf ID Aat hotel,going back ask for it,hotel manager children were got it ruther than safe box!
Hotel was clean,but ordenary berakfast was given ,not happy at all.Lots of nice out food places you can find it.

We stayed here as part of a Perigrine tour. The location is central to everything you would want to see in Sivas and while the view from the internal facing rooms is unattractive, the rooms are relatively quite. However the stench of cigarette smoke in the rooms is so strong and pervasive it permeates the clothes you hang up overnight. We occupied 5 rooms on 3 different floors and each room was as bad as the others. If you are a non smoker only unpack what you want to wear while staying in Sivas. The wifi is good. The breakfast is standard as is the service from the employees. The linen and the bathroom were reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable. The floors are filthy, bring slippers.

Not by choice

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a tour but one night would have been sufficient. The room stank of cigarette smoke and the window looked out onto a wall and light shaft - not the sort of to relax in! The staff seemed pretty friendly and helpful although there was not a lot of English spoken. A very basic laundry service was offered, which was most appreciated as we had been on the road for several days.
The breakfast buffet was extensive and interesting and, a rarity in Turkish hotels, plenty of fresh fruit was available. The hotel doesn't have a whole lot going for it, although it is centrally located and within easy walking distance of most attractions in Sivas.

Ordinary but adequate.

I stay there with my family only one night. Hotel was good. Near the historical center of city. Many Restaurants and stores there are. Good staff and street parking for car. 
There are historic mosque and school near the hotel with amazing shadows in sunrise and sunset times (brojerdieh)

The room was so stenched in cigarette smoke, I could not breathe or sleep. Even the bathroom stank of cigarette smoke.Curtain was broken, would not close at all. Nowhere to put anything in bathroom. I was told there were no non-smoking rooms in the hotel. When put in a new room, there was mould on the curtains and it still had some smell of tobacco. Halls smelt, entry smelt as staff smoked in doorway to hotel. In the restaurant, every place mat was dirty. Staff did not put out food for 7am start. Nice fruit only put out after our tour group left, and I asked 3 times. was told staff at market buying fruit, and 'soon'. Staff stood watching , but were not helpful. Many rooms had missing light globes, and were well over-due for maintenance. Sadly this hotel was booked by my tour company, and were dismayed when I explained what had happened here.

Smoke filled, dirty placemats,broken curtain, unhelpful staff, food not out at breakfast time!
