The owners were exceptionally nice people who made us feel very welcome. We were driven down to dinner at the excellent Fokai Balik restaurant in town (owned by a relative) & then back again after dinner.  We had a lovely family suite with 2 very large bedrooms & shared bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Turkey with home made jams & pastries as well as omelette & the usual cheeses, olives, tomatoes & cucumber.  The breakfast cook came out to our table to demonstrate how she made the pastry when she heard me ask the owner. The hotel is in a quiet location just 15 mins walk to the town centre.

We stayed here last week. We enjoyed every moment of it. The owners turned their house into a little B&B and they also live there. The room was very clean and the sheets smelt like home; I loved the smell. Our room was perfect for a family of four. We had two seperate rooms. One with twin beds, a tv and a balcony with a great view and one room with a king bed. The beds were so comfortable. I slept so deep that I forgot were I was every morning. The breakfast was very good prepared by a very friendly lady. Everything we tasted was special. 
The owners of the hotel are lovely people. Their recommondations were super! The hotel is located in a more residential area. Very close to the sea and some small islands you can walk to. It's a peaceful area and very picturesque. We also went to a very small Greek village up the hills called Kozbeyli, which was recommended by the owner to us. I think that village was the highlight of our whole vacation. Very small with a couple of restaurants, souvenir shops and Turkish style coffee houses. They make a different kind of Turkish/Greek coffee here called Dibek coffee. Don't miss that, it's delicious. 
I would without any doubt stay here again!

What a beautiful place! Foca Erguvan was the first stop after a 35 hour door-to-door trip from Sydney (with a 13-month-old) and as soon as we arrived we felt like the effort involved in getting there was worth it.

The hotel is quaint, with beautiful, cozy rooms and a great common-area terrace that has a wonderful view of the ocean. The breakfast was amazingly fresh and tasty, with everything homemade. For travellers with toddlers, there are a couple of steep staircases, so you need to stay alert (but you need to do that anyway). The thing that truly makes this little hotel special was the owner Fatima and the rest of the staff. They became like an extended family to us, making us feel so welcome and treating our daughter like she was their own. The only problem with receiving such warmth and hospitality is that it makes it so hard to leave.

It is a beautiful 10 minute waterside walk to the centre of Eski Foca - that has beautiful bakeries and nice restaurants and bars. Being just outside of town gave the hotel a true feeling of tranquility. We caught cabs back to the hotel at night because the walk back is very isolated and not well lit. 

The hotel was also exceptional value for money. We wished we had stayed longer than 3 nights, but will make up for it next time.

Breakfast: very good and abudant. Everything is homemade also the jam.

There is a wonderful terrace fronte whixh yiu can see the sea and have a coffe.If you want you can also have a dinner bit you have to book in advance.

Room: not so big bit everything it's new, very beautiful and very cleaning.

Location: it's 1.6km far from the center bit it' pratically on the sea in a peaceful area.

I just stayed at the Foca Erguvan hotel while visiting Foca. For a Bed and Breakfast, it was a good price, fantastically lovely hosts, slightly far from the town center but close to beaches.  So if you want peace and quiet away from the crowds, this place has tranquility and more. If you want to be in the thick of things, close to the waterfront and hustle and bustle,it;s about a 25 min walk or short cab ride.

I stayed 2 nights here recently and really enjoyed my stay. As menionted, the hosts are some of the nicest,most hospital people I have EVER met (emphasis intended). the hotel is very charming and simple. It is not super luxurious but it has AC and everything there was done with care and thoughtfulness.
