Our thanks to the front office manager Mr. Onur.  He was such a gem of a person to help us in all our queries.  Helped us book the hot air balloon in Cappadocia... Never met anyone like this manager.  Even took us to the bank in his own car... 

Rooms are good and spacious clean and tidy and good balcony view.. Food is very poor  hardly anything to eat... just salads and cheese!!!!

Very quite and pleasant

We stayed here for one night.  Our room looked out over the calcium terraces and in the morning hot air balloons flew over.  The thermal pool is naturally heated to 37 degrees and is fantastic after touring the calcium terraces.  Room was clean and tidy but smelled of smoke.  Dinner was average and breakfast is basic.  It's only a 10 minute walk to centre of town. It's a good hotel for the price.  Would recommend and would stay there again.

The worst thing about this hotel is it holds you captive, set in isolation well outside the city zone of Pamukale. This means you are stuck here to enjoy all it offers, unless you have access to a vehicle. This is a problem if you enjoy good food, as food on offer here is pretty tragic, indeed near inedible, compared to other establishments in Turkey.

The grounds  and views are stunning, rooms clean and spacious and it has a lot going for the place.

The hotel is in desperate need of a new catering manager and head chef as meals were truly abysmal. Breakfast was, without a doubt the very worst we experienced in Turkey. Selections were limited and tired to say the least and we had a busload of complaints as we journeyed onwards.

Our evening meal was not much better and the bar staff and waiters need to undertake a course in basic customer service!

Stay here by all  means, but unless the food has improved, pay the price of a taxi to avoid eating here. It will be money well spent!

Lovely hotel and grounds, shame about the food!

The building and rooms are lovely, it's just badly kept. Things are broken and do not get repaired, it's totally neglected. Staff looks bored and not interested to help or serve. 
Rooms were smelly and dusty, the bathroom was not very clean. We stayed two days but the rooms didn't get done. They just came in and pulled the sheet straight.
The hotel has a nice pool and garden. There is also a pool bar, but it was very hard to get the staff to serve us. They were just lazing about, looking at their phones.
We had dinner there one night, a buffet, and it was actually very nice.

Worn down

We stayed here as part of a tour, and was hands down the worst hotel we stayed at along the trip. (To the point where according to our tour companies website, they now no longer stay here)

Firstly it is a long way out from the main town of Pamukkale... We walked it ( as fit healthy mid 20 yr olds) and took us close to half an hour. Minimum of 15-20 to any restaurants.
Our room was at the front of the hotel - the tv was ancient, bed was hard as a rock, we had an actual beehive accumulating in our bathroom window (outside fortunately) but also meant we couldn't open the windows for fear of bees (to which I am allergic). The bathroom is poorly designed and meant that you had to sit on the toilet on an angle.

Not a fan of their indoor thermal pools which are basically in the basement. It was overly steamy and hot down there (more than it should be) and the walls were sweating so god knows what kinds of mould was growing down there too. 

Breakfast the next day was atrocious. Ridiculously watered down juice which also wasn't replenished, some breads and cold cuts and some cheese and that was it. Hot food options weren't edible either.

We all advised our tour guide of our bad experience here and thankfully we wont be back.
