I was upgraded to a swim up  suite. It was amazing

Hotel is have  very good atmosfer food we like this hotel and reception staf (Mertcan) very helpful thank you for everything Mertcan next year we come back this hotel thank you very much this is nice hotel man

This is  a beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of Oludeniz, very close to the mountain cable car. The hotel was lovely, comfortable with the most amazing views of the mountains and the sea. Beds really comfortable, staff could not do enough and the breakfast was out of this world. I had a Hamann and massage in the Spa and it was the best I have ever ever had. Great value for money but still luxury.

Phenomenal view and an absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained.  Very friendly and helpful staff & concierge. It is also a short walk away from the dolmus stops, and taxis on call waiting 40 feet away if you would prefer a taxi.

What an amazing stay. Even with a few hiccups Rose made everything as comfortable as possible! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality. The views from the swim room balcony are exceptional. The staff we so polite and kind. Will be back in the summer for another visit ❤️

Lovely place! Stay for one night due to just passing through the area. Staff helpful lovley views.

The hotel is stunning with its infinity pool and mountain backdrop the food was good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful the only downside us it's a bit far away from olu deniz

All of crew and management are very kind and helpfull, thenk you for all, hopefully see you in next time.

The apartment was spacious with a great view but the hotel is on top of a hill  with limited shuttle bus service to the main shopping / eating centre. It cost a lot in taxis to go to and from the hotel. Wifi was also patchy. No blankets either. If food prices weren’t so high at the hotel you would be more inclined to eat thete

Beautiful location. Our room was comfortable and lovely to stay in. Residents are generally family based so it was a family friendly stay. Would recommend for muslim women especially as there is a good amount of privacy and pool can be comfortably used also. Only issue we had was with reception desk staff- had to call the front desk 4 times for an iron which we never received and the man rudely even said "this is the fourth time you've asked". Had to go to front desk to request fresh towels and for the room to be tidied as the sign we left was also ignored.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel but note that this is not a 4 star hotel but 3. + The pool and views from the deck are superb; + The staff is kind; + The breakfast is better than what we thought. - The tropical suite next to the Sertil hotel are much bigger but very old and should be renovated with updated facilities; - We were also not able to take the shuttle as it was always full; - We do not recommend to take the diner;- The staff is very young and has a lack of experience.

Good stay but improvement needed

We had a great stay at this property. We had the swim up room which we loved! The view was unbeatable. Pool water was cold but it was October so to be expected. It’s close to the main beach by car, about 10 mins. The staff were helpful and nice. Only downside was the shower had a slight leak and water would be all over the floor after, but otherwise no complaints.

The best choice in fethiye.

The location of the property was excellent. The general Manger is very professional and customer service oriented. The staff were informative and friendly; however for English speaking guest it can be frustrating because some of the staff don't speak English. I enjoyed my stay and would always choose sertil hotel to stay if I am staying in olundiz. A big thank you to Fatima, Mr. Ohan(the general manager and his assistant who were very accommodating.Highly recommended.

Lovely quiet stay. Cosy room, swim up room but water quite cold but you get used to it easily. Lovely views. Lovely infinity pool. Delicious food from breakfast to evening meal, although it was buffet it was varied, tasty and very well presented. Service was friendly whilst professional. Drinks and snacks were good value. We used the spa for a couples pamper package which was very good and also good value. Reception staff were also always helpful and courteous.

Loved our stay

We have recently returned from a fantastic relaxing break at the this hotel which is situated close to Hisaronu on a hillside overlooking Oludeniz Bay.  The rooms and facilities at the hotel were excellent and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.  Days were spent by the pool and with both Hisaronu and Oludeniz being only short taxi rides away there was plenty of choice on what to do in the evenings.  Thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will definitely being returning to the Sertil hotel

Lovely Hotel with Fantastic Views

Pros:Modern and clean, fantastic outdoor pool and views. Breakfast was great and staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in a safe room after check out and prior to us leaving oludeniz. The hotel is very close to the centrum but also close to hisaronu where all the nightlife seems to be.Cons: no private spa tub as advertised. Lobby area was not well equipped to deal with rain though the hotel staff were extremely apologetic and we understand the slight flooding was not their fault at all
