Just came home from a 2 week stay,food cold,same every day,ran out of beer 4 days before we left and wouldn't replace as closing for season so had to go to shops,cats seen eating from food served to guests,no shop,on site,no entertainment as advertised,not 5 mins from beach as advertised, all inclusive finished at 10pm,drinks only included beer,gin or vodka but beer ran out 4 days before we came home,plus side staff friendly and did thier best,manager was awful and rude,this hotel is not as advertised on alot of sites

I stayed in club seray it is the worst hotel manager very rude said he was throwing me out because i complained cats were eating buffet food vile cleaning floor with bath towels was meant to be all inclusive not many drinks available we would not eat anythink in their was a 4 star more like 2 dont put yourself threw it cathy

Contrary to reports that state otherwise the food was good, varied and plentiful. 
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large but lacked cleanliness. The toilets were a disgrace, only one in working order for the ladies, lack of toilet paper and hand roll for drying hands. Gents weren't as bad but the shower area ones had no paper in toilet or by hand wash area in the whole time we were there. The shower area toilets hadn't been cleaned in months not days!!
The Chef was very good and listened to anyone and wants to drive the place forward but he has his work cut out because not everyone employed there is as professional as he is.

First if you are like myself and love posting pictures on social media DO NOT GO HERE.This place has literally the worst wifi any hotel could ever have. You don't even get wifi in your hotel room like WHAT!!.  and they said it works in the lobby of the hotel but that was a lie.The food well it was ok to my standards but the dessert needs very much improvement. ( I have a sweet teeth LOL). Staff was so miserable I mean just act like you enjoy working there, i've never seen so much unhappy staff at a hotel before like come on fake it to you make it as they say where I am from. Whats wrong with a little good customer service I mean its free not coming out of your pay cheque.

Awful stay in this hotel 
We payed for all inclusive and had to eat out every day and night .No entertainment.No gym.No kids club which where all advertised with Ontheneach 
Staff where all rude and did not try to help us out 
We are not a fussy family and where made to feel out of place . The manager actually told me they are trying to phase out English as aimed mainly for Russians and Turkish 
PLEASE do NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL AND BE MADE TO FEEL THE WAY WE WHERE

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in stayed here with my friend staff were horrible and rude food was really bad had to eat out every day so it cost us alot more money its really not worth staying open

I went here on my own with my 2 young children in August 2016. We were very excited, we arrived at midnight left the coach and looking at it was disappointed straight away. No one greeted us and we had no idea where we were going. I struggled with the cases up the hill to the hotel. 
Che led in at reception to someone who didn't speak English and was not helpful, my room was on the first floor to the right up a flight of stairs. Arrived in the room to find the balcony door was broken and would not shut, reported to reception but was told to wait till the next day, had to sleep in a dirty room, with the balcony door open, as a woman with 2 small children in a foreign county this was a very frightening experience. 
It didn't get any better......
The food was absolutely disgusting some days it would chicken nuggets and onion rings, next chicken nuggets and chips, next chicken nuggets and some kind of smash, dirty and filthy. We ate out most nights. The drinks are watered down and limited to one per person, meaning I would have to get myself a drink then queue for my daughter and then queue again for my other daughter. 
Rude staff
There were fights in the hotel during the stay, locals with the staff of the hotel.
This is a Russian owned hotel.
I was lucky to meet many people in the same position that did not want to eat in the hotel, so it was quite nice 12 of us going out of the hotel to eat every night, making good of the worst situation we had been put in.
I booked through love holiday and I put a complaint in as soon as I returned, but nothing was down. And I am surprised to still see that they are still advertising holidays to stay in this disgusting place.
Please do not book this as a family holiday, it was the biggest mistake I have ever made and the worst holiday I have ever been on.

The worst holiday I have ever experienced

Stayed here back in June. Got to the hotel at 2 AM and was greeted by a young boy at reception that didn't really know what he was doing. We got given a room on the top floor very far right hand side as you come out of the lifts. Brilliant room. Very spacious, fridge in the room and a brilliant view. Family of ours stayed in one of the rooms that face the rear of the hotel and their room was atrocious, the rear of the hotel was so dark and dingy and looked like a construction site. The pool area was clean and tidy always. The beer was seriously watered down and the vodka and comes were three quarter vodka one quarter warm cheap coke. But to be honest this didn't bother us as we were out most nights. Food was ok very cheapish and the fruit juice machines didn't work. All in all I did have a great time at this hotel but I feel like we only did because we got lucky getting our top floor room.

HONEST REVIEW.

Got this on occasion without knowing where we were to stay, first impression was scaring we had to adjust and giving the right to the place let me try to give you the complete situation. The position is the most distant from the shore (at least ~3km), it takes you at least half an hour and 2 TRY to get to the beach line. You have to walk some 300m downhill and opt for a passing by dolomush or other 300m to the square where there is Armutalan terminal (small square with all you may need like post office, supermarkets etc.). The way back is quite steepy: some 100m of altitude gain, though dolomush drivers are almost always ready to make a detour even though they don’t have to if you ask for it saving you some effort, say you have to go to Panorama or simply show your braslet. Saying this it means that if you decide to pass time on the beach you have to arrange for lunch downtown (we managed to eat heavy and good even with 20 TRY a person but you have to pick the place attentively). Another option offered by the hotel was a beach on an island with transfer there and return but we didn’t try that and didn’t hear from anyone if it’s worth taking (shuttle there at 1030, return at 17). The beach cafes offer sunbed, umbrella and shower for any consumption, city beach has showers at no cost though no sunbed/umbrellas.
At check-in we asked for a quite room since in front of the hotel there is a pool with music on ~9-22 and we had a nice room on 2nd floor looking the pines with no sound from outside at all, front rooms should have great view though (and lots of sun). The room was basic but well cleaned, the linen was not new but undamaged and spotless, AC was working ok and the hot water was available any time yet all the faucets had little leakage resulting with puddles on the floor when you take shower. Cleaning starts at 9 and is quick and efficient, towels and linens were change according to there state we didn’t have to complain.
The catering must have been thought for vegetarians, we had chicken 2 times during our stay all other meat/fish is nuggets type you never manage to guess what it was made of, the fruit were water-melons and greenish melons. Tea, beer, some alcohol we didn’t risk trying and water and soft drinks with I hope _treated_ tap water were served 10-22. We didn’t quite trusted the water and bought it outside.
Overall it was not a bad experience, the staff was most helpful and the city is nice and relaxed. Last 4 days we had bicycles at 20 TRY a day we enjoyed more then dolomushes. Totally it was a healthy option if you are ready to walk/ride a lot and enjoy veg menu.

Believe all the terrible reviews,wish I had checked before staying here,rude staff,basic room,risky eating the food as left out throughout the day...lots of flies,staff seem to be mostly made up of rude leching pubescent teenage boys.manager clueless.
