Second time being here. First time was August 2024, second time August 2025. Im not one for going to the same place, but the kids had an amazing family holiday, that we wanted to come back again. The staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. There is also an onsite professional photographer who took some amazing family photos. (Highly recommend). The pools are brilliant for all ages. The hotel doesn't get overly busy so there is never queues at the slides. You do find people putting towels down and not actually coming to the pool. So I recommend going down at 8am to ensure you get a bed. The house keeping could be better as under the beds are manky and there was a pizza left in my microwave from previous person. (However it was a massive improvement on last years House keeping). We done a couple of excursions (jeep safari and turtle beach which we booked online with get your guide. The shop attached to the hotel is expensive but there is a few supermarkets about 5 mins walk where you can get everything that you need. There is a restaurant called sincerity which is a couple of minutes walk from hotel. The food is lovely and the staff dont pressure you like other local restaurants (eg ozzie bar, red rose and jacobs). Exchange rate is better at the hotel than at home so I recommend getting it there. And most places prefer you to pay with £ anyway.
