My daughter and I have recently returned from our second stay at Club Exelsior this summer. We love it!! We stayed in the main hotel for our first trip which was absolutely brilliant but opted for the Annex for our second trip to save money. Having read the negative reviews we were a little apprehensive but we didn't need to be. The apartments cost less than £45 per night - where else would you get that! Contrary to those poor reviews we got the best value for money, whilst basic, we had a well equipped, spacious, clean apartment with a balcony that got the sun in the morning and overlooked the pool and restaurant at the main hotel. The friendly cleaners came every three days and left the place smelling lovely. We were still able to access all the facilities at both the Club Junior and Club Exelsior as well as the Annex pool, which was fab. Best of all were the staff from reception, the bar / restaurant and the entertainment team, we could not have asked for more. Please don't be put off by the negative reviews, we had the best time and didn't want to go home. We will most definitely be back!!
