From the moment we arrived at Turunc Premium Hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel is in a stunning location, the rooms are spotless and well-appointed. But what made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff – particularly Beyza and Emre in the restaurant, and the guest relations manager, Inna. Beyza and Emre were absolute stars throughout our stay. Their warm smiles, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like they truly cared. They were always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of – even remembering our preferences and bringing drinks to our table before we’d even ordered them. Dining at the hotel was a daily pleasure thanks to them! The food at the hotel was absolutely outstanding – varied, fresh, and consistently delicious. Every meal offered a wide selection to suit all tastes, from beautifully prepared local Turkish dishes to international favourites. There was always something new to try, and everything was cooked to a high standard. Chefs were constantly in the restaurant cleaning surfaces and checking on the food. A very special thank you goes to Inna, who helped organise a surprise birthday celebration for two members of our party. She handled every detail with thoughtfulness and creativity, and her kindness made the day incredibly meaningful. The restaurant staff made a special effort to make our party feel welcome and made their birthdays even more lovely. Turunc Premium Hotel is not just a beautiful place to stay; it’s staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make every moment memorable. We will definitely be looking at going back to the hotel as it was one of the most lovely holidays. Highly recommended – five stars all the way!
