Everything was amazing! The building is very beautiful and old. Stuff guys are more than welcoming and ready to help. Big thanks to Tarik, Gülşa and Salih. Breakfast is delicious!!! I highly recommend this place.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and have ansolutely no complaints. The staff was really helpful and the rooms were clean. Would book at this hotel again should I revisit Mardin without any hesitation. :)

Maybe it is the winter, the staff is not always there. So I waited for a while then he came back. And they are not very good at English. A bit hard to communicate. Like I booked the room for 120 from hotel.com. But they charged me for 130. I tried to explain but he couldn’t understand. Since the amount is pretty small, I let go. Anyway, the hotel is very nice stone building. Close to the center of Mardin. Comfortable bed and clean room. Good value.

Amazing place! I couldn’t believe how beautiful the rooms were and the hotel is in a 1000 year old stone mansion. It was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend. The manager also upgraded me for free

The hotel staff were nice and helped me work out getting to the bus terminal. The included breakfast was delicious as well. Great location and room was part of the UNESCO heritage style design. Only feedback is the plumbing had some issues and my room smelled like poo.

The hotel was very nice and cute. The room does need some maintenance like door was very difficult to lock and new paint and our room was next to the kitchen, breakfast area and check-in station, so you could hear everything and they can hear you. Also we were given the wrong room and the weren't able to change it but they took care of the difference.

The building is 1000 years' old and has been recently renovated. We loved staying in our historic room, with its stone barrel-vaulted ceiling, the staff were very friendly and helpful and there are great views from the roof terrace. However, the experience of staying in such an ancient building is somewhat spoilt by the cheap formica furniture, particularly the very basic tables and chairs in the breakfast room, which felt more like a canteen as a result (great breakfast though) - older style wooden furniture would be much more in keeping with the building. There is no comfortable seating or shade on the upper terrace. Also, the hotel is right at the far end of the city and our taxi driver 'could not' find it (although it is on the main street), so we were not as central as we'd thought.
