I found this hotel after I arrived in Mardin, when I was looking for a replacement solution to the room I booked in another hotel that was not satisfactory. The staff was extremely helpful, showed me a nice large room with a balcony and a view on Mardin valley, kept it for me until the coming day and refused the deposit I offered to leave. I stayed 4 days afterwards and was very satisfied with the room, the service, the breakfast and the kindness of the staff. For this level of service, the room was not expensive to my opinion.
