Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - All Inclusive

We stayed here June/July and only just getting around to writing this review! We had never stayed at a Sensatori before however this hotel deserves all the fabulous reviews it gets - the service is absolutely spectacular with all staff a huge credit to the hotel. We had originally booked for a week but due to unforeseen circumstances our stay ended up being 12 nights and I can not thank the hotel staff and TUI reps for arranging this for us. Reception - The reception staff were incredible in helping us arrange the extra nights and as a lovely surprise had upgraded our room on our final night to one with a whirlpool on the balcony - thank you to Mustafa on reception for arranging this! There was another lady working on reception whose name I did not catch who was also amazing in assisting us with the on call doctor and hospital. Also a special shoutout to Bianca the TUI rep who was a superstar! Transfer - We had booked a private transfer through TUI which we were glad we had done due to the long transfer time from the airport. Rooms - We initially had a double room in the family area and received a complimentary upgrade on our final night to one with a whirlpool on our balcony. This was a really lovely touch from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard each day. Bathroom toiletries and mini bar were restocked each day. We were there to celebrate a birthday and received a complimentary bottle of prosecco in our room. Beach/Cabana - We hired a cabana for the day which was perfect. Endless supply of food and drinks brought to you. Superstar waiter working the cabanas especially in the heat! Food - Fantastic and varied selection at the main buffet. Due to the layout did not feel like a typical all inclusive buffet. We had lunch at Olive twice and it was a nice change to have the option of a la carte lunch rather than the main buffet. We also visited Saffron and had BBQ one night too. Due to the variety of places to eat you are spoilt for choice and the food at all restaurants are of a really high standard. Bars - The outdoor bar by the main entertainment was our favourite. There was one female waitress - sorry I did not catch her name but she is an absolute asset and did not stop all night! Sumeyra who was working in the main lobby bar was also a superstar in remembering our drinks orders each night and was very friendly. There is a wide variety of cocktails on the menu so be prepared to work your way through them! Grounds /Pool - The hotel grounds are extensive and very peaceful to walk around. The adults pool is large and there are plenty of sunbeds, we never struggled to get one. There was often entertainment on in the afternoon by the pool bar. This area was quite laid back and suited us that it was separated from the family pool area. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again and are already pricing up another holiday here! It is clear the management truly value their staff here and you can see this reflects through the superior service you receive when staying at the hotel.
