Great spot. Breakfast and Dinner included with a great selection.

Best hotel ever, great service nice staff and lovely city. Because we had to fly in the evening, we were a little apprehensive about whether we could keep the room any longer. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and offered us a room to shower before we had to leave. Every day there was a variety of food. I will definitely come back.

This place is the best, child free, food morning and night. Different meats salads, desserts 
Service is beyond. Housekeeper saw I needed a bed under the air-conditioning and set it up beautifully for me

We were situated in a ground floor room which was quite dark but lovely and cool. Good sized rooms in the suite. Air con was great. Didn’t reach bedroom but the ceiling fan was more than adequate at keeping bedroom lovely and cool. Could do with a full length mirror in the room. 
Pool was lovely and refreshing and sun loungers plentiful. Area is kept spotless by a lovely man each evening. Slight gripe was the lifeguard who played the music too loud on three of the days but we could have sat further away. 
Food was super and not one meal was repeated all two weeks. Plenty of choice and some fab meze in the evenings. 
The staff were outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, courteous, spoke great English and could not do enough for you. In particular all of the waiting/bar staff were just superb. Had lunch most days at the pool bar which was lovely. Yes there is just one restaurant but that is down to Tui for not updating. 
Hotel is perfectly situated for the many restaurants and bars for a drink in the evening. 
There was good entertainment each Friday evening with a live band. 
Yes there are cats but there are cats everywhere in Turkey. They are clean and very sweet.

Absolutely loved our time here, room was adequate but we didn't spend much time there anyway, hotel staff were excellent, hotel and room were very clean. Excellent location and excellent pool/lounging area. Food was very fresh, but different to our style so didn't use the restaurant every day despite having half board which was plentiful. Highly recommend the hotel 

We had pleasure staying at PALERMO hotel, Kusa dasi for a week in September’23. The hotel was awesome in every respect. Friendly staff, great environment,and it spotless clean. Furniture in the room  is top grade quality and the facilities is excellent. The beach is only few minutes walk from the hotel, with lots of eateries and shopping facilities around. Could do better in labelling the food displayed at dinner time, but good variety and catered for everyone. Time and money well spent 
at this venue. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a comfortable stay.

Fabulous hotel. Our suite was spacious and very clean, the maids are in daily. The staff are extremely friendly and polite and have looked after me and my wife to the maximum. Food is good and varied. Fantastic view from the restaurant overlooking the marina and port. The pool is large and very clean,  the water is tested daily. Comfortable sunbeds, could possibly do with more umbrellas as it is extremely hot. Special shout out to Deniz and Hakan, my favourite barmen. 

Excellent location, right in the middle of the city,, opposite of the marina. Large comfortable rooms, friendly but professional stuff. The food was top quality and plenty of choices.
The view from the restaurant was breathtaking.

Really lovely hotel but situated in a very dirty resort. Room was beautiful, Pool area was beautiful THE CATS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, they made our holiday and so pleased they are allowed to roam freely around the hotel. If you don't like cats then don't stay here and don't write a review moaning about them because they have as much right as we do to be in a hotel. Restaurant staff were exceptional especially the young crowd, so proffesional and smiley. The older barman could learn a few things from them, smiling being one of them. Drinks are charged to the room so you pay on checkout, good prices not too expensive apart from the cocktails they were Ibiza prices. All in all a lovely hotel. I wish all the best and happiness for all the lovely Cats, especially the 3 little kittens and their lovely Mother.

Lovely suite, superbe staff

Just returned from the Paloma Marina hotel was okay. It was clean. The rooms were cleaned every day. Just be careful before you book because it’s advertise as having three restaurants in the brochure but the restaurant on top of the hotel overlooking the marina is not owned by the hotel anymore, so you only get to use a very small buffet. The breakfast was not that good. Not much of a variety ,the evening meal was okay always find something to eat. but only a small selection. I believe the drinks were very expensive as well we didn’t bother. … supermarket across the road to the right. The main shops bars and restaurants 15 /20minute walk away. they all hassle you down the road to go into the shops If you have been to Turkey before you will know what I mean. ( it’s bad )… I hope this review helps

Only one restaurant not three

Overall nice experience except few things.. our cleaning crew had left our balcony door open , luckily no cats inside, only on the balcony chairs .. ( we had first floor). At Gym , no treatmill was working and many other things were rusted. Pool area was beautiful, breakfast and dinner just fine !Bed comfy and nice clean sheets! Location great , no need to climb the hills .. just at the Marina .

Overall nice and pleasant  visit

It is always hard to review a property when you are used to staying at higher starred venue so this review is based on the cost and also the star it is.Location- very good location right next to the marina, easy to get to many restaurants and we stayed here to be close to Ephesus which worked well for us and we had nice dinners out.Food- we looked at the breakfast buffet but chose against it due to being quite basic however for the price paid for the room it is adequate. Dinner again we ate out so cannot comment.Room-great size minimal charging sockets (had to unplug lamps etc) storage space great. Wifi didnt work in the room so this was a bit annoying but strong in main lobby. Could have been a cleaner room some stains on the sofa etc but again for a short stay and for the low price perfectly adequate. Bed was ok and aircon worked well, room was quiet.I think for the price and for a short stay if you will not spend much time in the room it is worth it, the entrance and staff are very nice but i do think the place could do with updating in many areas.

Very happy with  my stay at this hotel, what a relaxing place to visit and made my trip that bit better, could have sat at the pool all day no noise what so ever, will be back here to this hotel next year don't need to look elsewhere as it has everything i need including a decent gym. Highly recommended!!

We had a week stay at the Sentido Marina - The rooms are large and well finished/ furnished. Impressive and interesting lounge area/ lobby. The staff are relaxed, sometimes too relaxed (on their phones), and not too troubled by the hotel's stated rules - eg regarding the sign for the dress code at dinner and towels reserving sun loungers. But they were pleasant and helpful.The beautiful pool in large and clean,  surrounded with lovely trees and gardens.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

The hotel is conveniently located. The views from the breakfast terrace is quite amazing, and the suite is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the pool area! They did mess up our reservation; instead of a king size bed they gave us 2 small twin beds. They didn't replenish the facial tissue and shampoo when they were out. A bit disappointing on that.
