We was here for 2 weeks. First time at this hotel. We had the best time. The water park was amazing. The life guards make the water park and are amazing with the kids. IIhan who works at the bar in the water park is the nicest person ever and makes the best cocktails. We loved him. Always happy. The entertainment team was always amazing. They are what makes the hotel a little bit more special. The bar staff was also always happy and smiling. Especially samet and his team. They made really nice cocktails and always made us feel wellcome. The restaurant staff always work really hard and was always smiling and helpful. The food was delicious and always found something to eat. The hotel is spotless and to be honest everyone works so hard. The only negative from us would be the rooms are very small and beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Would definitely return. ☺️
