This Suhan Seaport Hotel is attractive in all aspects, starting with personnel greeting you at the entrance, all kind of conveniences and services you may be offered. Due to the hotel hospitality i want to come back to Kusadasi again and more. I appreciated the hotel's cuisine, facilities, infrastructure, friendly environment and I'd like to address my gratitude to the most handsome receptionist Aziz for his attentive attitude to the customers' necessities and helpfulness.

Just back home after a most enjoyable tour in Turkey with Frank from Sunway
We stayed at Seaport 360 for the week and I have to say it is quite a nice hotel with rooms equipped with a fridge, tea making facilities,
 comfortable beds, good size balconies most with fabulous views of kusadasi and the beautiful Aegean sea . Enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning with many options also had dinner some evenings which was also very good.
There is a lovely  swimming pool with towels provided and plenty sunbeds at this time of year and of course the fabulous view .
It is a short walk to the nearest beach ,shops,bars , restaurants etc. 
Thank you to the lovely friendly, helpful, courteous staff Ali, Sinon, Intisar just to mention a few . They even managed to teach me some turkish phrases! 
Looking forward to returning next year .

Friendly staff, especially Kamran was very kind and helpful. 
Hotel is located near Kusadasi Center, restaurants, supermarkets and taxi stand (be aware that there’s a steep hill next to the hotel). Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel provided necessary needs like toiletries, slippers, locker  etc… On my first day I had a problem with the TV, remote and hotel key/card, they immediately fixed it without wasting any time which I highly appreciate. A few activities such as foosball (table football), chess and obviously swimming in the pool are at your service, what in my opinion is nice. 

The WiFi- coverage could be a little better and the water in the washroom was salty, but bar these things the hotel is great. 
I’d definitely come here back again next time I visit Kusadasi!

Stayed here for 1 week, and it was great!

1. Door not secure2. Dirty sheets3. Broken light fittings4. Missing skirting5.Continually leaking air con unit6. Broken blind so no privacy in bathroom7.Build up of rubbish outside8. Very limited shade around pool. Ichecked out after 1 night of a 2 night booking and am still waiting for a refund! I would avoid this hotel. The manager tried to be helpfulbut still no refund. Expedia customer service severely inadequate and very disappointing.

The hotel was totally the opposite of overall reviews. Dirty room, hair everyehere, from bed to floor, so dirty under the bed, bathroom terrible, water awfull, brushed my teeth with bottled water, I was afraid to touch anything in the room because of the dirty room from top to bottom. Just couldn't wait to leave.

The front office staff are Very friendly .  The room was neat and clean The View over Kusadasi is spectacular

We stayed there for 1 night.  The hotel tell they are seaport but it's around 1km far from the main happening area of the seaport area. We book through make my trip for a sea view room,  they give me a room where I can see only the neighborhood which is full of residential areas. The carpet in the corridor was smelly and dirty. There is no coffee maker in the room,  wifi doesn't work.  But all this they have promised.  The hotel is in such a place the nearest restaurant is minimum 20 minutes walk,  there is no grocery store nearby  so that you can buy water & if you want to buy water in the hotel they charge you 10 TL which is 2TL in the grocery. The restaurant is a seafood restaurant.  Other food is not available.  The seafood is awfully expensive than the other restaurants. They don't have a menu, they charge whatever they want. They arranged grilled chicken breast as I refused to eat seafood , which was overcooked, dry ,tasteless, they served rice which was un edible. It unbelievable that  they served this in Turkey!! Worst food ever I ate in Turkey. The worst thing was the breakfast.  All over Turkey tour we had excellent Turkish breakfast buffet, which is mindblowing.  Look at the photo of this hotel breakfast.  They make this plate & serve us ,there was no buffet,  no cereals, no juice. All the hotels we stayed was of same range of price.  
This hotel is a absolute no no to stay. They have the ability to spoil your holiday. 

The hotel is horrific experience. 

Hotel main switch box had  burnt out some line. Opposite rooms had electricity. My room had no electricity for whole night until morning.  Stay in darkness until 2am, slept without taking shower.

No apologies for what had happened to us.

This hotel is located close to the Setur Marine.This location gives you many options for shopping and night life variations. Hotel needs renovation absolutely but if you do not mind it , this hotel is the best options with overall. Staffs are helpful. They are serving continental breakfast which is okay. I recommend this hote for all guests in Kusadasi
