Great hotel . I just come for weekend . Stayed there last weekdn .. New management new changes made great service and super friendly personal .very clean room and good food. one of the my favorite in kemer now 👍

I visited this hotel in April, when it was opened immediately after the winter season. The room was cold, the heating system was faulty, but it is immediately corrected after it reported on the manager. Food bland, dessert within 11 days were always the same and only one type. Drink heavily diluted and it is unclear what kind of quality is it.  When raki and soda ended on the fifth day till the end of vacation. The sea is far enough, we were walking for about half of  hour. Staff do not speak German or English, only Turkish and Russian. If you would like to taste turkish kitchen, to listening turkish music in a good place, choose Sirena restaurant nearby  the Clock tower.

I'm not planning to go back again.

I have never seen such a dusty rooms ! Everything is dirty , in the bathroom hairs from previous guests , varnish cups with dirt ! Every breakfast was the same dishes ! on the dinner chicken snacks and nuggets all the time ! There was no towels in the room ! Very unpleasant stuff ! No one in the hotel speaks English or Russian , they speak only Turkish !We were unresponsive to any requirement.  O.M.G I cant believe that I have been in such a disgusting conditions it was shock and hell !!!!
