If Your are looking for a snall, familiar and secluded hotel You can stop seaching, this is what You are looking for!! 
The staff makes You feel at home in this small 20+ rooms), the views are exeptional, the service great and the breakfast is extraordinary!
We stayed for 9 days at the end of Septemeber 2024 and had the best of times. There is not restaurant for dining in the evening but either You order takeout, the staff will help You, or You take a 10 min walk and there are several nice places to eat at with great views and nice food. 
We will be back!!

I’ve been coming to Kas for over 10 years and Arpia is my favorite, one of the most beautiful and the best value for money hotels! It has a perfect private beach area and wonderful sea views. The breakfast is amazing, the choice is better than in some 5 star hotels. Great service, great hospitality, great people who run it. They care about the property and the guests and that always makes a huge difference

Beautiful place and beautiful people. 
The colors and vibe of the hotel are amazingly serene.
The staff is lovely and they are very courteous. Feels like a family.
Bus to city center arrives every hour around the 10 minute mark, e.g. 9:10.

The hotel is tucked away on the peninsula with some rooms more modern than others, but the views are spectacular and the waters are perfect for swimming.

Yet what makes this hotel special is the incredibly generous and kind people running the place.
We came in as a big group with various need but the management/ staff were so accommodating and wonderful , making our entire stay one to be remembered. 
 Something you would expect from a 5* property yet it’s a privately run property with prices that reflect that.
We loved our stay and would definitely come back if next in Kas 


If you have a car, the location is perfect. It is a quiet place to relax, enjoy the sea and sunset. There is a private are to swim, no high party music and noisy place to enjoy. Sea view rooms are incredible, highly recommend. Breakfast has a lot of options, the rooms are very clean. Employees are always helpful and smiling, Kaan is the best one :) Prices are fair, we loved this place.

Location of the hotel is perfect. İt has a private beach with a beautiful sea where you can swim in peace since there is no music or people shouting nearby. The peninsula area is in general very calm and quiet. Hotel is perfect for couples and they dont allow kids. The only two kids at the hotel were stuff’s children and they were so sweet welcoming guests. Rooms are exceptionaly clean and well decorated. We stayed at the room with balcony and the view was amazing. İt is definetly worth the extra pay, watching the sunset every night on your balcony looking over the sea. People working at the hotel are nice and friendly. The boat tour they suggest is also very good, we would definetly recommend taking the daily boat tour to Kekova. One thing that was not good was the breakfast. Although they have variety the items served on the breakfast are very low quality. We had to buy our own cheese from the market. We must admit this might be the case in every hotel in the area but small touches could jump up their game. İnstead of just giving the most mainstream low quality bread they can give simit as well. Or they could serve decent turkish feta cheese. Or could serve a bit better salami. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing. Helpful staff, great breakfast, great private beach. Easy to take the local bus to and from town. One of the best places I have stayed.

Amazing location, not so good breakfast

We spent a week at Hotel Arpia. The room was clean and comfortable with a great seaview. We enjoyed the sunset on our little balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and overall the food was superb. I did enjoy the little path to the beach. The beach is rocky, the sea is turquoise, crystal clear. The hotel is like a hidden gem, it is away from the hustle bustle. The hotel helped us with the boat tour to Greek Island Meis, the tour was amazing! It was like a private tour with only a small group of people and we spent the whole day swimming and discovering the island. I would highly recommend Hotel Arpia for a peaceful holiday.

Best sunset in Kas!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was on an adventure break, so was out a lot of the time. Really wished I had more of an opportunity of time to spend at the hotel. The food was good and some nights there was a band. Lovely mellow atmosphere, with very sweet staff. You may need to request dinner in advance though. It is simple but clean and tidy with some beautiful views. 

Boutique hotel with a personal touch 

Great location. Decent room. Average breakfast. Very noisy, can hear anything coming from next room.
