First time we have stayed at the Dream Hotel and must say what a lovely place.The family Yelis ,Ergun,Erbru, Ijan, not forgetting Cobi could not do enough for us.From the pool, food , bar, rooms,location . Excellent

Although we have been coming to KALKAN for many years this was the first time at the Dream. 
To say that we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement.
On arrival were welcomed by Yeliz and her husband Ergun and we immediately felt like we had been coming to the Dream Hotel for years.
We had a lovely room that was cleaned daily thanks to Elif. 
The view from the balcony was awesome and having a tea in the mornings on there was a great start to the day.
Service was 5* plus and nothing was too mich trouble for Yeliz and her staff.
The breakfast was first class and served in the friendliest of atmospheres , everyone chatted and shared stories and advice.
Ergun provided the morning entertainment with his wit and sense of humour.
Don’t underestimate this guy, the knowledge and advice he shares is so valuable and he is so generous.
The pool is always clean and great for people who like length swimming.
Sun beds are plentiful and so comfy.
The location is great as it’s in close proximity to bars, restaurants and shops.
The weekly market is a 5 minute walk up the road which is a great place to get pancakes and fresh orange.
We can’t finish this review without mentioning Betul, a young lady who made our stay there even more special . The little touches, like remembering our drinks requirements, bringing out drinks to us whilst we lounged on our sun beds.
It was sad to leave, but we will be back,

My wife and I have just returned from a 17-night stay at the Dream Hotel. The hotel is very well equipped and the staff are amazing, they did all they can to ensure that all our needs were catered for. The breakfast choices are excellent and all cooked to order. The bar / breakfast / lunch area looks over what must be one of the best swimming pools in Kalkan, with plenty of space and sunbeams to enjoy the sunshine. Another major benefit is that the hotel is situated within three minutes walk of the town. We have already booked for next year.

Our 2 week stay at the lovely family run Dream Hotel was just wonderful in every way. From the moment we arrived the owners and staff looked after us, making us feel at home, so comfortable and spoiled. It's a small traditional hotel in a great location, immaculately clean with a beautiful pool area. We were treated daily with homemade cakes, fruit and ice-cream by the pool. They are an exceptional family working together to ensure you have the best holiday. They host a Mezze evening for all the guest's with fabulous homemade food and made our friends birthday so special. Kalkan is beautiful and we will definitely be returning to stay with our Dream Team.

We have been coming to Kalkan for 8 years and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

The couple who run the hotel really care and always make the visit memorable.  At the same time it is unique, the best thing to do is go with the flow and you’ll have a fab time.

The food is excellent, prices reasonable and the pool area is one of the best I’ll seen. There is normally a meze evening once a week, highly recommended!

Rooms are clean, traditional and have their own little quirks but it adds to the experience.

All staffs are lovely, they work hard and really make your holiday special.

I can’t image staying anywhere else, location is just outside the old town and it’s only a short walk to the edge of the old town.

Guests come back year after year but it’s not clicky, all new guests are made to feel welcome.

If you have a special occasion let them know and they’ll work with you to make it memorable.

I know that everyone has their own favourite hotel, this is mine and as long as I come to Kalkan I will never stay anywhere else!

One of the best hotel in Kalkan Antalya. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast was good.  Pool was clean. Location is great and close to city center , restaurants, bars and beach.

The owner was very kind and helpful with their advice and which saved us lots of money in eating.

Cons: Plumbing in the bathroom needs some attention.

Lovely clean, family run hotel in a good position in Kalkan. Rooms weren't huge but very clean and comfortable with a balcony with a superb view. Breakfast was good. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely with plenty of sunbeds. We would definitely look to stay again.

I stayed there with my two boys. Family run small hotel. I booked a rate with breakfast which ended up being a good idea since breakfast was good. The hotel and rooms were clean, quiet, AC run well. We had good sleep every night. We went to beach clubs and nearby beaches. There are many dining options within a short walk. There was secure parking for our car. We used the pool on the morning before we left and it is a good size pool to do even lap swimming. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.   

We were recommended this small family run hotel by a friend and we have not been disappointed.
From the moment I enquired about booking , to the moment we left nothing has been too much trouble for Yeliz and her sister in law Ebru.
From arranging transfers from and to Dalaman Airport, to putting milk and water in our room for our early morning arrival. Everything was clearly explained and any questions answered promptly.
On our arrival we were greeted warmly by Yeliz’s husband Ergan who is a star.
A lovely simple Turkish breakfast was supplied every morning.
A nice bar and lovely pool also attracted a small number of visitors from nearby apartments which did not have facilities of the same standard. The use by outsiders was strictly controlled by Yeliz to mak sure that there were Al seats sun beds available for residents of the hotel.
I’m not sure if the hotel has 14 or 16 rooms but there was never a time we felt crowded or unable to use a subbed.
Yeliz’s aim and that of the very friendly staff is that you happiness and comfort are paramount.
This is not rated as a 5 star hotel but if you want attentive, friendly service and excellent value for money you won’t find better in our opinion.

Excellent Family Run Hotelin Kalkan, Turkey.

We simply love this hotel.  Not actually staying but renting nearby but regardless of this was made so welcome.  It is family run who work very hard, so clean and the meals are all freshly prepared so no ding meals served.  Turkish breakfast was so reasonable and plentiful.  Lovely comfortable sun beds and a magnificent and very large pool.  Would highly recommend staying here for the comfort, atmosphere, relaxation and fantastic location.   Apparently people keep coming back.  😎

Fantastic family run hotel in an amazing location.

Great place to stay, walking distance to town/harbour and beautiful views over the bay from the rooms and swimming pool. Massive pool for proper swimming of laps and good depth (small kids pool separated off). Owners very helpful and friendly - nothing too much to advice or help out. Breakfast included with choice of eggs and some extras. Mid range, clean, rooms small but ok, bathroom small but nice shower - all worked.

Good mid-range place to stay with nice views and good location. Very friendly owners who will help out if need be.

Family Run hotel, Yeliz  and Ergun were so attentive. We stayed as a family, Nan Grandad, 2 Daughter plus husbands and Grandchildren, Nothing was too much trouble the guys come up with toys for baby and even a baby walker within hours of us arriving, by the time we left we felt a part of their family, anyone hesitating to book with them just go ahead, you won’t be sorry. A great 2 weeks and can’t wait till next year

Simply Amazing

We have been to Kalkan a couple of times and stayed at dream hotel for no more than one night, so this time we thought let’s go, as villa prices have gone up by a silly amount in the area

Clean neat and tidy, fresh towels every day and bed linen every 2nd day or so, bathroom is quite small but it’s fine for a shower etc
Pool
Lovely pool area, comfy sunbeds, lots of shade if needed as well inc a fresh water shower and gym area
Bar & Restaurant 
Yelis does some amazing food along with Ava?, the Turkish breakfast wasn’t for us but having scrambled egg etc with tomato and sucuk was amazing, the bbq they organised was lovely as well
Had lunch here most days, and dinner 3-4 nights, the food does what it says on the tin and it’s awesome!
Staff & Hospitality
Nothing short of amazing, nothing was too much bother, even when we had an emergency appendectomy, they helped the whole way, Ergon is hilarious, but knows hospitality and how to treat the guests
