We had a great experience overall. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the beach area was very spacious. Even though there were a lot of people, the large open space made it feel far from crowded. The evening entertainment after 9 PM was very good and kept our kids entertained and happy. I had to pay an extra 200 euros at check-in, even though I had booked online, and I'm still not entirely sure why. However, I really appreciated that on the last day, they allowed us to stay in the room longer while we waited for our taxi to take us to the airport. The room was very nice, the main areas were large and comfortable, and the service was fantastic. The beach was absolutely beautiful – a real highlight – and the pools were great too, although I would suggest they be cleaned a bit more often.
