We get a budget room, 50% off the regular price on the 5th floor. Still, the price is the highest so far, we pay 180 TL. The room is nice and clean, however, hasn’t seen a renovating team for a long time. The linen and towels are clean but the bathroom is quite old. The bed is big and comfortable. There is a tea set here. Breakfast is quite ok but nothing special. It is served as a buffet on top roof floor. The hotel is situated in Sultanahmet, the very heart of Istambul, close to all the attractions. The receptionist thinks she knows English but it’s only her impression. She gives us some wrong information and we go to the old airport where are no flights anymore. As a result, we waste time and money finally to arrive to the right airport.
