My partner and I have just returned from a trip to Istanbul and we stayed in the HHK Hotel Downtown. The level of customer service we received from Orhan, Erdogan and Ahmet was truly five-star. Every request was met with promptness and professionalism, and their attention to detail was impeccable. They were always ready to assist us with any questions with a friendly attitude, making us feel right at home. Their local knowledge and willingness and organising a tour of the city help made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel's rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The location was perfectly situated with its close proximity to the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque with easy access to all the major attractions. Overall, our stay in Istanbul was nothing short of perfect. The combination of the city's rich history, vibrant culture, and the outstanding hospitality we received made this trip unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting Istanbul and staying at this wonderful hotel. You won't be disappointed!
