Lovely hotel .the location is great facing Marmaray metro and about 300 m from tramway that takes you to  most of the historical places and grand bazar. the stuff is amasing and helpful. The rooms are clean an beds are comfy. I would definetly recommend this hotel.

i visit Vatan Asur with 6 of my family...the hotel is clean and the room size is Ok, the personnel were friendly and helpful especialy Cemil..he helped me to find a bus in a good price and his english was very good..i called him many times during my trip in Istanbul for 7 days to help me translate to turkish when i want to say something for someone doesnt understand english ... the location is the best of the best...but a little bit noisy bcz it in front of the yenikapi station and taxi station...the breakfast very cheap and same every day..over all grade is 95/100

Excellent location

Excellent hotel for a three stars.

Visited the place on Jan. 29th for two nights stay. The location was good enough for walking around the main attractions. Rooms clean and cozy. View was nice, stuff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better - knowing the quality and size of a Turkish breakfast we were disappointed. Bathroom rather small with inconvenient shower. Excellent thing was that we were checked in early in the morning about 6 a.m.

I recommend the hotel. Bottom line we had an excellent experience in Istanbul

Good hotel

Excellent location and quiet staff is keeping it clean; We got room on a 5th floor, one bed has no leg, shower is rusty and fixed to a wall... nothing like in photos on their website. I do not understand how hotel is about to get 4th star! Stay away from the 5th floor! Food for breakfast had very poor choice, thinking that Turkey is famous for good food, this was disappointing.

The only good thing is location

Hotel location is very good, its walking distance from Yeni Kapi metro statin and Aksarai tram, recommended for public transportation. Room is medium size, toilet is ok, only that shower head is rusted. Its a bit noisy if you open the windoe so better use AC through night. Breakfasts is  ok.

Budget hotel

The best of all is the location. The hotel i quiet and clean. There is a breakfast, but i didn't try it. But just across of the street there is the best dunner whit lamb in the.... world :-)
