From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile by the bellboy, Firat, whose kindness set the tone for my entire stay. One moment that truly stood out was when my partner’s taxi to the airport didn’t arrive. Without hesitation, Firat personally drove her to the airport in the hotel car—an incredible gesture that we’ll never forget. The reception team was equally impressive (Khawla and Nourane) always friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I had everything I needed. They consistently went above and beyond. The hotel’s gym and pool were fantastic and made all the difference after long workdays. Being able to unwind in the spa was a real bonus. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s not just the facilities, but the people who make it special.
