The hotel staff was very friendly although the owner didn't speak English (but he did understood) and helped more than expected, He also bought gifts for every guest staying at the hotel as a new years present. The room was not so spacious, but that was not our priority since we were out all day long, The breakfast was average but keeping in mind the price it was worth it. We would also like to thank Maria here she was kind, friendly, always a smile on her face and willing to help. she made sure that everything was upto the mark and guests are comfortable. Also it was so nice of the owner that he drove us to the metro station from the hotel due to heavy snow storm. We highly this place to anyone who visits Istanbul and would surely return if we visit Istanbul again.
