Elite World Grand Istanbul Kucukyali Hotel

I stayed at Elite World Grand Küçükyalı for a short business trip, but honestly, it felt more like a relaxing holiday thanks to the amazing staff and the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional everyone was especially the Guest Relations manager Ms. İzel who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The front desk staff were equally helpful smooth check-in, clear information, and super patient with all my questions. You can really tell they care about their guests and love what they do. My room was spotless every single day, thanks to the housekeeping staff who paid attention to even the little things. It’s rare to feel this taken care of. Also, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy thebreakfast this much great variety, really fresh food, and the staff in the restaurant were kind and on top of everything. It made my mornings much better. The hotel itself is beautiful clean, modern, and in a great location. I had a lovely sea view from my room, and getting around the city was super easy from here. All in all, this is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Every team member I interacted with was professional, polite, and genuinely warm. Thank you all for such a lovely stay I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending this hotel to friends and colleagues.
