We were coming from the airport, tired and when we checked in at the hotel Ercan Sekercan explained every single detail how to get around the city, what was fair to pay for some services and what was more impressive was when we asked for some restaurants and he personally took us to three different places and waited until he make sure we were happy. This is above and beyond customer service. This hotel has a great location, it's under price and many food choices close by. We are from USA.
