Staff absolutely amazing!To the chain who own this hotel. You have passionate- hardworking staff. Nothing is a problem. The Manger that was there for Breakfast serving us , then again later and at 3.30am made us Tea (himself) before our balloon ride There was also. Tall guy who was a n the restaurant every day making it pleasant for everyone From The Manager down to the Bell Boys ThNk you for a fabulous stay !
