The filthiest hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are dirty and not well equipped. The furniture is very old. The whole hotel needs a drastic renovation before opening it and receiving guests. 
We had all-inclusive, but the food was the most horrible part. Most of the food is either badly cooked or had an interesting smell 🤮. I had diarrhea because of their expired meatballs. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.

This hotel I'm giving a minus 1 star the hotel was placed right next to a building site and every room has there electric box open full of wires with actually caused a electrical problem on one of my days when I was on holiday and smoked the whole floor out witch led to the fire brigade coming as well the pool was not clean at all and the tap from my hotel room the water was coming out like a brown coulor so witch I had to use bottles of water to brush my teeth with.......all inclusive is not all inclusive they served soft drinks like sprite cola and fresh orange but the alcohol was only beer wine and vodka cola ........the manager alpaslan was not helpful at all and he was so disrespectful to most of the holiday makers too and he dint seem to care about any complaint we had ........the only 3 staff I really enjoyed was the bar man hasan he was friendly / fikret the chef was a lovely man too and also the restaurant man too hayrettin he was nice aswell ...... I would also avoid a guy called kaya he tried to rip me off with a boat trip and when I wanted to cancel he wouldn't answer my calls he normally goes comes to the hotel to have his food but as u walk out on ti the beach from the back of the hotel he actually has his own beach called kaya butterfly so tbh I don't think he was allowed to even try and sell me the tickets for boat trip in the hotel .....in the kids pool there was a whole aswell witch is very dangerous for any little kid they could of broke there ankle .....the receptionist guy dint have a clue what was going off most of the time and did not seem to care about any thing.

So bad we have left the hotel !! 
On a positive the room was clean , however the whole hotel is complete out dated and currently in middle of building site!
All inclusive doesn’t exist - we ate bread for 1.5 days !  The worse I’ve ever ever had … to date. ! 
No one is at the bar to get a drunk let alone a alcoholic one . 
The pool looked like a swamp and it has the odd plastic sun lounger . 
No entertainment 
No all inclusive 
It says sauna etc.  nope !

Honest review stay away

The good points are, it is in a good location and the waiting staff in the restaurant are friendly. The pool is small and the hotel is tired. Animation team was poor.
Food was average and not a lot of variety.
Hotel was reasonably clean but tired.
difficult to recommend because it is in the part of Kusadasi called long beach which has plenty of hotels (Ive staying in three of them) which offer a lot more for the same money

Better hotels can be found in the same area for the same price

The hotel that I don't want to go back to Turkey after. In 2019, they say, it's different. Everything is saved, the new owner. Large territory seems to be abandoned, food is scarce, animation is not at all. But the room was nice, the service is fine. Everything would be forgiven if it weren't for the terrible dirty and cold sea, although it's not the fault of the hotel, but the beach is dirty too.

Don 't pick this hotel.

The hotel was booked for 1 day to meet friends who were staying here.More than 2 hours at the reception they searched for our reservation, asked for an extra payment,and then they got to know.As a result, they got a call from Moscow and the reservation was immediately found.This was the first time in my practice.Finally they were located.The room was neatly packed, gray-colored white with spots.Nothing worked in the hotel, sauna, animation, bars on the property.The beach towels were not given out.Lunch, dinner, shopping are very scarce.

Meeting with friends

If you just want to relax and you're not a good person, here you are. A hotel that's been in the shambles for years, obviously in need of rebuilding... eating, eating, choosing food, very scanty...

A hotel that's been ruined for years,

The hotel is close to the center and you can get to the bus number 6 for 4 Turkish liras. Very green place, very quiet. To the outlet willage type shopping center about a kilometer walk. There is a towel, but not everyone knows even English. There is a large area with rosary, trees and flowers. Food for lunch and dinner tried to diversify... there were blueberries, onions, tomatoes, greens and cucumbers.. or cheese or chicken or fish.. sometimes they cleaned the area every day, changed the towels that you throw on the floor. The bed in 9 days did not fit even once. This bed is a very original song in a black carpet with only about the top of the carpet and the bottom of the carpet and the towels in it. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to my friends.

I'll tell you the truth, I've got everything in front of me, compared to nothing but descriptions and impressions.One question:clean but dripped-out old shower cabin, fan that sings but doesn't blow and screaming faucet of the sink.The area is beautiful, well-kept and flowery.There are coffee shops with pillows and so on.The beach, it's fine.

It's pretty good, basically.

I don't have time to write a long review, so read other ones, but i will say neither i, nor my family enjoyed our holiday.
Every bad review is real.
Don't give your money for that hotel!!!
You will have the worst time!😠😡
Overall Kusadasi is a great destination with a lot of beautiful sights, but hotel Sentinus is not a good hotel.
