We thoroughly enjoyed our September week at Paradise Gardens Apartments. This small complex is well-placed for beach and restaurants. It's run by a lovely, lovely family who take pride in their excellent service. 
Our apartment, with a terrace overlooking the pool, was functional, clean and comfortable. There are basic facilities for self-catering, but with so many reasonably-priced restaurants within strolling distance we didn't bother. Also, the family will cook lunch and dinner to order. 
The gardens are colourful and well-tended; we were very tempted by the bananas growing outside our door but fortunately they were not ripe!
Most of the other guests were friendly and courteous Turkish families. The younger generation of owners speak excellent English. 
Gumusluk Bay is quite something, with beautiful views beyond Rabbit Island, and lovely sunsets. Our favourite walk was up the hill with the huge Turkish flag on top - there's a path that winds around the north side, not difficult but flipflops inadvisable.
We commend Paradise Gardens Apartments to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Please note when booking that there is another, separate business on the campus called Paradise Gardens Evleri.

A hotel which is owned by a family. Mr Hasan and Mrs Ayse are very warm and kind people. Nice pool. Great food. Value for money. If you are going to visit Gumusluk this place is not going to be a question mark. Nice location with a car parking lot available in front of the entrance.

Family owned and run small apart hotel with superb pool and attractive garden setting. Owners on site at all times and very helpful.

The beach and water sports are 50 yards from the hotel and the hotel is 200 yards from the Dolmus (bus) station.

Superb pool, excellent location

These apartments are excellent value for money - yes they are basic but clean and in good condition.
The family who run them are very friendly - they arranged a very inexpensive transfer to Bodrum airport and where very helpful
The location is good - about a 3 minute stroll round to the beach and the lovely restaurants and unspoilt seafront.
The pool standard is great - clean and a good size, excellent standard for such a small complex.
This is one of my favourite parts of Turkey and this basic but clean and friendly small complex fits in very well with the feel and atmosphere of the area.

Excellent value for money, great location

Gumusluk is a peacefull village -with restricted new buildings construction thanks to myndos archeological site- yet very populated in the evenings due to fish/seafood restaurants. Paradise Garden apart was also very quiet even it is very central.(for the ones who know gumusluk , hera and kilimci apart are its neighbors but this is the only apart with swimming pool in gumusluk as far as i know .) Windy at the end of august / beginning of september this swimming pool enjoyed a lot my 11 year old son who was getting tired of wind and waves and the little rocks on the beach, by the way in gumusluk do not expect golden sand beaches. On the other hand when the winds are weak snorkelling over the myndos underwater archaeological remains with my kid was a once-in-a-lifetime experience .
For food/beverages i ordered online from the migros sanalmarket but there is also several markets and bakery in town
For breakfasts there is many restaurants in gumusluk with breakfast/brunch services with affordable prices,but you can prefer to have your breakfast at paradise garden apart too.
For air conditioning , yes we have had a air conditioned room but the weather was fine and  we did not needed any air conditioning.
my son spent a lot of time wit paradise garden apart owners' pets : sleepy and quiet dog "mischa" and lovely cat "ponpon"
