What an amazing cave hotel. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of spread. It was a very family friendly stay, great staff, central location in Goreme.

This is the one. Apparently, there are 300 or so hotels in Cappadocia, with mos told them “cave hotels.” I can’t speak about the others, but Caverna is superb. The location is in the heart of Göreme, but it nonetheless feels private and fairly private. Views from the rooms’ balconies are excellent. Perfect place to watch the balloons, and sunsets are spectacular. The included breakfast was lavish yet still retained a homemade charm. It’s a small hotel, and there is no room service, but with everything so close by, you don’t really need it. I look forward to returning. A very very memorable stay.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel and were well looked after by Azad and his staff.Our room had good views over the township and was spacious with very good bathroom facilities.Breakfasts were superb, with a large array of different dishes served.

Our three days here was truly amazing. We were welcomed by a very professional and friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. We recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be treated like royalty. We hope to return there soon.

In a sentence, the accommodation and hospitality at Caverna Premium Caves is second to none. I have to start with Mr. Azat and his staff. From Azat, to Burak, and Miraç, as well as the lovely ladies who cooked breakfast fresh each morning, they are all just wonderful, gracious, and kind. We stayed in the Royal Suite, room 500.  It’s appropriately named as we felt like king and queen. It is beyond spacious (about 3.5x the size of our room in Paris!), and the biggest plus was the private terrace reserved just for our room. The views of Goreme, and the balloons each day and night were magical. We also loved the hidden screen door which let us have some fresh air on those beautiful mornings and evenings. Ps. It has aircon as well, but we rarely needed it.The location of the hotel is great too. It’s just off the main commercial street, just far enough to be quiet and tranquil, but close bough that you can walk to the center of town in about 6 minutes. Also noteworthy that it’s a high enough elevation to get a great view, it’s not at the top of a steep hill to make the nightly return after dinner a debatable endeavor.Breakfasts are delicious, freshly made each morning by lovely ladies in the viewable kitchen. Wonderful.

It was a great stay! Big room and super friendly staff. Breakfast was great everyday! The only negative thing I got is the bed is not comfortable to my liking. Other than that is all good!

Beautiful hotel, room, and people.

Pros: Great location, staff were friendly and attentive to any needs or requests. Transportation and tours arranged with no issues. Turkish breakfast was so plentiful and good quality. Nice touch they provided a lunch as we had to leave early in the morning for airport.Cons: Bedding duvet was undersized and didn’t cover the bed. AC unit made excessive rattling noise so had to fiddle with settings to make it reasonable. Room sound proofing could improve as we could hear neighbours talking in early hours. Overall, enjoyable stay and would still recommend.

Stop researching and choose this hotel immediately. Caverna went above and beyond all expectations and after being in the area for half a week I’m sure this is the place you will want to stay while in Goreme. I’m an extensive researcher when it comes to booking hotels and I’m usually not one to leave a review but felt I should in this situation. The rooms were spectacular, and the staff was more than helpfull when it came to booking, recommendations, and even offering free transportation when we were in need. The caves are genuine and very clean. I couldn’t immagine booking any place other than this in Goreme. Thank you again to both the owner and rest giving us the trip we dreamed of!

What an excellent hotel. The family ‘cave’ room was exceptional - had great facilities and was extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic and was a highlight of our stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. If you are looking to stay in this area then you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here.

Staying in this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, even though it was a cave room. The view outside was a highlight, with or without the hot air balloons. Their breakfast spread was amazing, and we were absolutely content staying there. We wish we could've stayed longer.

With so many similar hotels around, it might be confusing to book. But this cave hotel blew my mind off. The staff is incredible. Azat was the best host you could ask for. He gave the best price for balloon ride and tour. I know for sure cos I asked other tourists I traveled with. Don’t think twice before booking with Azat. He is super transparent. Most ppl will not put any price to maximize return but Azat has everything written and v clear with expectation from get go. I say this cos during the trip you may not be sure if you are paying the right price. Coming back to the hotel, it’s super clean, has a great breakfast and you can even see the morning gallons from the terrace. Definitely coming back here.

Excellent communication throughout my stay.  Azat was always available on whatspp before and after my stay and took a lot of time to always answer quickly with long detailed answers. Once i booked my hotel everything moved fairly smoothly- he helped book a group shuttle airport transfer and arranged for balloon ride and 2 day tours. Azat and the hotel staff all went above and beyond to help assure i felt safe as a solo female traveler.  The hotel itself is located at the edge of town which meant it was quiet and within minutes to the center. Breakfast was amazing and abundant! And the breakfast space provides both an enclosed glass room or outside terrace space which both provide an amazing view of Goreme.   I booked a large room which was clean, spacious and well maintained, but as is common with cave hotels there can hint of dust in the air and walls.  The shower and toilet worked well.  The floors were heated so you always feel toasty and warm at night when the temperature drops.

Short answer, you should be booking this place, it was flawless.The room itself was amazing, very comfortable, roomy, etc. The heated floors and hot tub were amazing after a long day on my feet.If thats not enough, the hosts were phenomenal. They were super helpful and kind, and did a lot to make sure our stay was better, e.g. helping us organize tours. In fact, they not only got us better prices for tours, but even helped customize them to our preferences.This was by far the best place we stayed at in Turkiye.
