The hotel was very clean. The employees were concerned and sincere. The breakfast was nice. I would love to go again.

We fell in love with this place.  The room was very clean.  We had a sea view room with a balcony. Breakfast is included.  The best part and the reason we will go back will definitely be the staff.  They treat you like your a guest in their home.  Mine is a sweetheart and makes sure that you are taken care of want for nothing.   We will miss you, but we will be back.

This is a lovely hotel is a beautiful spot. Best location in Foca! We planned to stay for 2 nights but stayed 4 nights instead. Swim before breakfast in the Aegean Sea, what more could you ask for? Perfect.

We stayed there for 2 rooms for 2 nights, location was an amazing & service was more than perfect, lovely family serving all together. Rooms are with view breathtaking. The Hotel has their own private yatch tour (Mica) in front of the hotel, making daily boat trip around the some islands with delicious lunch.... Definately I suggest you to go and rest in this hotel!!! have fun!

The Villa Dedem stands right on the waterfront of Foca's busy and vibrant harbour. It is run by the charming Simge and Murat Oguztas and their family. Our en-suite room was very simple, but spacious and very clean. In June the air conditioning was much appreciated as were the mosquito screens. The view out over the harbour from the balcony was a delight.

Murat owns and skippers the 'Maymi' which ties up opposite the hotel. During the summer he runs wonderful day trips, with lots of opportunities to swim from the boat. The price of a round TL40 includes an excellent lunch, and is stunning value for money. The rest of the year he focusses on fishing trips.

If you want room service and 5 star facilities the Dedem is not for you, but if you can accept something more simple in an attractive town, where foreign tourists are still very much in the minority, then this is a wonderful choice.

A family run hotel with views of the sea and nearby small harbour. Within a short walking distance from the town and restaurants. The breakfast has a plentiful variety and can be taken on the terrace out front where you can sit and watch the world go by. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are spacious and clean and the front rooms have a balcony with a great view. The town beach is only a few minutes walk and a small local beach (Voodoo Beach) can be accessed by the local dolmus, or is a pleasant 20 minute walk.   
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here and found it excellent value. Will definitely return.

The hotel is situated right on the marina in the old foca. The views are superb you just cannot get anything better in my view, a real panaromic vista. The location is handy to all the outlets, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is family run great hosts very clean for the price you pay you also get the views. Breakfast was a real treat. Loved the stay!
